Քանաքեռավան գյուղում այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 24-ին, ծառից կախված վիճակում հայտնաբերված՝ «Փոքր Մհեր» կրթահամալիրի նախկին տնօրեն Էդգար Միքայելյանը կրթահամալիրից յուրացրել է ավելի քան 22 մլն դրամ: Այս մասինNEWS.am-ը տեղեկացավ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:

Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Միքայելյանը 2008թ-ին փետրվարի 12-ից մինչեւ 2009թ. հոկտեմբերի 16-ը, գլխավոր հաշվապահին հանձնարարել է փոխանցել 165 հայկազունիների 365 օրվա սննդի գումարը՝ առանց հաշվարկելու երեխաների ամառային եւ ձմեռային արձակուրդների օրերը: Այսպիսով, համալիրի գլխավոր հաշվապահ Շամրիկ Պապիկյանին հանձնարարել է առանց գյուղատնտեսական մթերքների մատակարարման, մատակարար Սահակ Իսպիրյանի հաշվեհամարին փոխանցել ընդհանուր 29 մլն 600 հազար դրամ: Այնուհետեւ Միքայելյանն Իսպիրյանի միջոցով բանկից ստացել է նշված գումարը, որից 16 մլն 248 հազար 900 ՀՀ դրամի չափով կրթահամալիրի համար ձեռք է բերել գյուղատնտեսական մթերքներ, իսկ 13 մլն 351 հազար դրամը՝ յուրացրել:

Նույն ժամանակահատվածում Միքայելյանը համագործակցել է «Տիգրան Վարդանյան» ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրեն Տիգրան Վարդանյանի հետ եւ իրականացրել են առեւտրային գործունեություն: Այս ընթացքում Պապիկյանը ՍՊԸ-ին է փոխանցել 59 մլն 383 հազար 200 ՀՀ դրամ, որի դիմաց ստացել է 50 մլն 91 հազար 300 ՀՀ դրամի պարենային մթերքներ, իսկ մնացած գումարը՝ 9 մլն 291 հազար 900 ՀՀ դրամը Տիգրան Վարդանյանից հետ է ստացել եւ յուրացրել:

Այսպիսով՝ Էդգար Միքայելյանը կրթահամալիրի բյուջեից յուրացրել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի ընդհանուր 22 մլն 643 հազար ՀՀ դրամ գումար:

Էդգար Միքայելյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ  հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, իսկ Շամրիկ Պապիկյանին՝ ՔՕ 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 3-րդ կետերով:

Գործը քննվում էր Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում: Վերջին նիստը կայացել էր սեպտեմբերի 18-ին:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ սեպտեմբերի 24-ին Քանաքեռավանում ծառից կախված վիճակում հայտնաբերվել է «Փոքր Մհեր» կրթահամալիրի նախկին տնօրեն Էդգար Միքայելյանի դին: Դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզվում են:

Նշենք, որ Միքայելյանը նախկինում դատապարտված է եղել:
