Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառումների պետական հանձնաժողովի ներսում ձևավորված հանձնախումբը, որը ղեկավարում է ՍԴ նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանը, զբաղված է ցեղասպանության հետևանքների վերացմանն ուղղված իրավական թղթածրարի մշակմամբ: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար, Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված միջոցառումները համ ակարգող Վիգեն Սարգսյանը «Հիշում եմ և պահանջում» փորձագիտական համաժողովի ընթացքում:

Պետական հանձնաժողովի` սեպտեմբերի 26-ի նիստին Գագիկ Հարությունյանը զեկուցելու է այդ գործընթացի ընթացքի մասին: «Գիտեք, որ կան արդեն առաջին իրավական հայցերը` ներկայացված Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսի կողմից: Ես կարծում եմ, որ այս գործընթացը շարունակվելու է, մարդիկ սկսում են նորովի գնահատել այն փաստաթղթերը, ժառանագությունը, ապացույցները, որ ունեն: Դրան մեծապես նպաստել է «Պատմիր քո պատմությունը» ծրագիրը, որը մենք իրականացրել ենք Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի պաշտոնական կայքում, որտեղ հատկապես երիտասարդ սերունդը ներբեռնÕ �ւմ էր իրենց ընտանիքների պատմությունները, հիշողությունները և նրանց մեջ թարմացվում է պահանջատիրությունը»,-«Արմենպրեսս»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ընդգծեց Սարգսյանը:

Իրավական պահանջների թղթածրարի մասին հստակ դրույթ է եղել 2015թ. հունվարի 29-ին հրապարակված Հայ ոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդտարելիցի համահայկական հռչակագրում, որտեղ ընդգծվում է, որ  Հայաստանն ու ողջ հայ ժողովուրդը միասնական են Հայոց ցեղասպանությանփաստի համաշխարհային ճանաչման հասնելու և ցեղասպանության հետևանքների հաղթահարման հարցում, ինչի համար մշակում է իրավականպահանջների թղթածրար՝ դիտելով այն անհատական, համայնքային և համազգային իրավունքների և օրինական շահերի վերականգնմանգործընթացի մեկնարկ:
