Несколько дней назад Шакира прилетела в Нью-Йорк, чтобы в качестве посла доброй воли ЮНИСЕФ выступить на пресс-конференции ООН, посвященной инвестированию в развитие детей в раннем возрасте. Как оказалось, колумбийская певица прилетела в США не одна, а вместе с младшим сыном, 9-месячным Сашей. Шакиру и Сашу папарацци заметили вчера сначала на выходе из отеля, а затем во время отдыха в Центральном парке.

Месяц назад Шакира публиковала в Instagram фотографии Саши, но с тех пор он заметно подрос и немного изменился. Снимки, сделанные папарацци из кустов в парке Нью-Йорка, показывают, что малыш уже делает свои первые шаги, правда, пока для этого еще требуется поддержка мамы. Впрочем, даже такая неустойчивость не мешает Саше забивать свои первые голы.

"Дважды мама" Шакира на днях объявила о своих новых проектах, разработанных ею специально для детей. Во-первых, этой осенью выйдет приложение для мобильных телефонов под названием Grow. В нем каждая мама сможет найти более 2000 полезных советов, статей и идей для игр. 

Я постоянно ищу разные советы на тему материнства в интернете. Я знаю, то же делают и другие мамы по всему миру. Из этого и родилась идея создать приложение, которое бы все объединяло. Теперь можно будет найти действительно полезную информацию в одном месте, - рассказала Шакира в недавнем интервью изданию Yahoo Parenting.

Во-вторых, Шакира совместно с компанией Mattel Inc. выпустила коллекцию развивающих игрушек. Все доходы от продажи этих товаров пойдут в благотворительный фонд певицы Barefoot Foundation.

Иногда мы покупаем игрушки для своих детей, не придавая им особенного значения. А ведь игрушка может стать важным инструментом для развития слуха, осязания, зрения малыша, его координации, моторики. Нам важно обеспечить ребенку такие условия, в которых бы он играл и познавал мир, узнавал, как этот мир работает. Важную помощь в этом могут оказать игрушки, - поделилась Шакира с U.S.News.
