ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը սեպտեմբերի 25-ին ընդունել է Սաքսոնիա-Անհալթ երկրամասի կրթության և մշակույթի նախարար Շտեֆան Դորգերլոհին: 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրին մեր երկրում՝ Հանրապետության Նախագահը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը բարձր է գնահատում պարոն Դորգերլոհի հայանպաստ գործունեությունը և անձնական ներդրումը Հայոց ցեղասպանության լուսաբանման և իրազեկվածության բարձրացման հարցում: Սերժ Սարգսյանն ընդգծել է, որ Գերմանիան Հայաստանի համար կարևորագույն գործընկեր և բարեկամ երկիր է, և երկու երկրների միջպետական հարաբերությունների հետևողական զարգացումը կարևոր տեղ է զբաղեցնում Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական օրակարգում:

Նախագահը գնահատելի է համարել ընթացիկ տարում Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված բազմաթիվ միջոցառումների անցկացումը Գերմանիայում: Սերժ Սարգսյանի խոսքով, հայ ժողովուրդը մեծապես կարևորում է Գերմանիայի պաշտոնական շրջանակների դիրքորոշումը Հայոց ցեղասպանության դատապարտման հարցում, մասնավորապես` Նախագահ Յոախիմ Գաուկի ելույթը ապրիլի 23-ին` Բեռլինի մայր տաճարում: Սերժ Սարգսյանն առանձնակի կարևորել է նաև Սաքսոնիա-Անհալթ երկրամասի և անձամբ կրթության և մշակույթի նախարար Շտեֆան Դորգերլոհի աջակցությունը Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տ արելիցի միջոցառումների անցկացմանը:

Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցները հույս են հայտնել, որ Հայաստանի և Գերմանիայի Սաքսոնիա-Անհալթ երկրամասի հետ զարգացող հարաբերություններ նոր երանգ և շեշտադրումներ կհաղորդեն հայ-գերմանական համագործակցությանը:

Գերմանիայի Սաքսոնիա-Անհալթ երկրամասի կրթության և մշակույթի նախարար Շտեֆան Դորգերլոհը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Նախագահին՝ ջերմ ընդունելության և իր գործունեությունը բարձր գնահատականի արժանացնելու համար: Նախարար Դորգերլոհը հանդիպման ժամանակ ՀՀ Նախագահին է նվիրել Գերմանիայում հրատարակված՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը վերաբերող դպրոցական դասագրքերի մեթոդական ուղեցույցը, որից, ըստ նրա, կարելի է օգտվել նաև առցանց: Ուղեցույցը երկրամասի ուսուցիչներին կօգնի դասավանդման ընթացքում համապատասխան տեքստերի, լուսանկարների, օժանդակ նյութերի օգնությամբ ներկայացնել Հայոց ցեղասպանության թեման: «Մենք պետք է ասենք, թե ի՞նչ է կատարվել իրականում, ասենք՝ ո՞րն է Հայոց ցեղասպանության հետ կապված ճշմարտությունը»,-ընդգծել է նախարար Շտեֆան Դորգերլոհը՝ Նախագահին նվիրելով նաև Գերմանիայի և Հայաստանի դպրոցականների կողմից գրված Հայոց ցեղասպանության թեմայով շարադրությունների ժողովածուն և Սիամանթոյի ստեղծագործությունների գերմաներեն թարգմանությամբ հրատարակությունը:

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է եղել միջխորհրդարանական հարաբերություններին: Զրուցակիցները գոհունակությամբ են արձանագրել, որ դրանք տարեցտարի զարգանում են ակտիվ փոխայցերի արդյունքում:

Երկուստեք կարևորվել են նաև հայ-գերմանական մշակութային փոխանակումները, սերտ համագործակցությունը մշակույթի ոլորտում, ինչը, զրուցակիցների համոզմամբ, կնպաստի երկու բարեկամ ժողովուրդների փոխճանաչման բարձրացմանը: ՀՀ Նախագահը և նախարար Դորգերլոհն ընդգծել են Հայաստանում գերմաներենի խորացված ուսուցման ուղղությամբ ծրագրերի իրագործման անհրաժեշտությունը, որի նպատակով, ըստ նախարարի, արդեն որոշակի մտահաղացումներ կան:
