«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Արդեն մոտ մեկ ամիս է՝ կասկածելի ծագումնաբանությամբ ինչ-որ կայքեր եւ անձինք տարբեր խողովակներով լուրեր են տարածում սկզբում, իբր դպրոցներից, հետո մանկապարտեզներից երեխաներ գողանալու մասին: Իհարկե, այդ լուրերը հերքվում են, բայց արդյունքում հատկապես մարզերում խուճապային տրամադրություններ են տարածվում, մարդիկ վախենում են իրենց երեխաներին դպրոց եւ մանկապարտեզ ուղարկել. անգամ այդ հաստատությունների ղեկավարներն են սկսել զգուշանալ: Սկզբում թվում էր՝ այդ լուրեր տարածող կայքերը «լայք» հավաքելու համար են այդպես վարվում, բայց այժմ արդեն լուրջ կասկածներ են առաջանում, որ այս «լրատվական ահաբեկչությունը» կոնկրետ կետից ուղղորդվող եւ հեռու գնացող նպատակով գործընթաց է:

Մասնավորապես, չի բացառվում, որ այս «ահաբեկչության» թիկունքում կանգնած են հենց ՀՀ իշխանության որոշակի կառույցներ, իսկ նպատակն էլ այն է, որ այս պատմությունը մատնացույց անելով՝ պնդեն, թե իբր անհրաժեշտ է փոխել «Զանգվածային լրատվության մասին» օրենքը՝ նոր օրենքում ներդնելով կայքերի վերահսկողության կոնկրետ գործիքներ»:
