Երևանյան 9-րդ միջազգային  երաժշտական փառատոնի  շրջանակներում սեպտեմբերի 29-ին Արամ Խաչատրյան համերգասրահում Հայաստանի ազգային ֆիլհարմոնիկ նվագախումբը կհյուրընկալի լեգենդար Բորոդինի անվան լարային քառյակին: Ինչպես Արմենպրես-ին տեղեկացրին ՀԱՖՆ մամուլի ծառայությունից, համերգին քառյակի հետ ելույթ կունենա ճանաչված թավջութակահար Ալեքսանդր Չաուշյանը (Մեծ Բրիտանիա)՝ կատարելով Շուբերտի Թավջութակի կվինտետը: Կհնչեն նաև Չայկովսկու թիվ 1 Կվարտետը և Ռուբեն Սարգսյանի «Epilogue» լարային Կվարտետը: Վերջինս նվիրված է մեծանուն կոմպոզիտոր Էդվարդ Միրզոյանի հիշատակին:

Բորոդին կվարտետը հիմնադրվել է 1945-ին Մոսկվայի կոնսերվատորիայի  չորս ուսանողների ջանքերով: Սկզբում հանդես գալով Մոսկվայի ֆիլհարմոնիայի կվարտետի կարգավիճակով, անսամբլը 10 տարի անց կոչվեց Բորոդինի անունով և մինչ օրս հանդիսանում է կամերային երաժշտության ամենաերկարակյաց կոլեկտիվներից  մեկը:  Ներկայումս Բորոդինի անվան կվարտետում հանդես են գալիս Ռուբեն Ահարոնյանը (ջութակ), Սերգեյ Լոմովսկին (ջութակ), Իգոր Նայդինը (ալտ), Վլադիմիր Բալշինը (թավջութակ): Կվարտետն իր գոյության 70 տարիների ընթացքում 6000-ից ավելի համերգներ է ունեցել նախկին ԽՍÕ Մ-ի երկրներում, Եվրոպայի, Ասիայի, Ամերիկայի և Ավստրալիայի տասնյակ երկրներում: Համերգներին մասնակցել են մոտ մեկ միլիոն ունկնդիրներ: Տեղի են ունեցել հարյուրավոր ձայնագրություններ, որոնք արժանացել են ամենապատվավոր պարգևների: Կվարտետը ելույթներով հանդես է եկել  հռչակավոր կոմպոզիտոր Դմիտրի Շոստակովիչի հետ: Բորոդինի անվան կվարտետը 70 տարի ի վեր հեղինակություն է վայելում իր կատարողական բարձր մշակույթով և ընդարձակ երկացանկով:

Առանձնահատուկ է կվարտետի կապը Շոստակովիչի երաժշտության հետ: Կոմպոզիտորի կենդանության օրոք տեղի էր ունենում կվարտետի անդամների հետ նրա անմիջական համագործակցությունը: Նրա արժեքավոր խորհուրդները ուղեցույց էին հանդիսանում կոլեկտիվի անդամների համար: Բորոդին կվարտետի կատարմամբ Շոստակովիչի գործերը հնչեցին աշխարհով մեկ: Բորոդինցիների նախաձեռնությամբ իրականացվեց Շոստակովիչի կվարտետների  անմբողջական ցիկլի կատարումը: Ընդլայնելով իր նվագացանկը՝ կոլեկտիվն անդրադառնում է նաև Շուբերտի, Պրոկոֆևի, Բորոդինի և Չայկովսկու ստեղծագործությո ւնների ցիկլային կատարմանը՝  դրանք ներկայացնելով համաշխարհային բեմերում:

Սեպտեմբերի 10-ին մեկնարկած և ՀՀ Նախագահի տիկին Ռիտա Սարգսյանի բարձր հովանու ներքո անցկացվող Երևանյան 9-րդ միջազգային  երաժշտական փառատոնն իրականացվում է ՀՀ Մշակույթի նախարարության աջակցությամբ: Փառատոնի գեղարվեստական ղեկավարներն են Էդուարդ Թոփչյանը և Ալեքսանդր  Չաուշյանը:  Փառատոնը նվիրված է ազգային ֆիլհարմոնիկ նվագախմբի 90-ամյակին և Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին:
