Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը կարեւորել Է ԵՄ-ում սոցիալական հարցերի գծով եվրախմբի ստեղծումը

Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը սեպտեմբերի 29-ին հանդես Է եկել Եվրամիության կոնսուլտատիվ եւ ղեկավար մարմինների շրջանակներում «սոցիալական հարցերի գծով եվրախումբ» ստեղծելու առաջարկությամբ:

Այդ մասին նա հայտարարել Է Փարիզում՝ ելույթ ունենալով «Արհմիո ւթյունների եվրոպական համադաշնության» (ԱԵՀ) 13-րդ համագումարում: 

Եվրամիության այդ խմբում պետք Է ընդգրկվեն ԵՄ-ի անդամ երկրների սոցիալական գործերի նախարարները, հայտարարել Է Օլանդը: Այսօրինակ կառուցվածք Եվրամիությունում արդեն գոյություն ունի այլ ոլորտում, խոսքը տնտեսական եւ արժութադրամական հարցերի եվրախումբն Է, որը միավորում Է եվրոյի գոտու երկրների Էկոնոմիկայի եւ ֆինանսների նախարարներին:

«Հարկ Է, որ արդեն առաջիկայում իրագործվի սոցիալական հարցերի գծով եվրախմբի ստեղծման նախագիծը՝ այն եվրախմբի օրինակով, որն զբաղվում Է արժութային եւ տնտեսական հարցերով»,-ասել Է Օլանդը:

«Անհրաժեշտ Է ազդակ հաղորդել, ապահովել սոցիալական ոլորտում ԵՄ-ի երկրների քաղաքականության կոորդինացումն ու միօրինակությունը»,-այդ կապակցությամբ ընդգծել Է Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը: «Նման միջոցներ արդեն ձեռնարկվում են երկրների պետական պարտքի, նրանց արտադրանքի մրցունակության հարցերում քաղաքականության համաձայնեցման ուղղությամբ. այժմ հարկ Է միասնության հասնել մարդկանց սոցիալական իրավունքների, նրանց աշխատավարձերի, սոցիալական պաշտպանության համակարգերի պարամետրերի ոլորտներում»,-ասել Է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը: 

Նա հայտնել Է, որ Ֆրանսիան եւ Գերմանիան արդեն հանդես են գալիս համատեղ նախաձեռնություններով, որոնք ուղղված են այն բանին, որ հետագայում ԵՄ-ում «անդամ երկրների ֆինանսների նախարարների հանդիպումներն անցկացվեն նաեւ սոցիալական գործերի նախարարների մասնակցությամբ»:

Դրա հետ մեկտեղ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը կարծիք Է հայտնել, որ «Եվրոպայում սոցիալական թեմաների շուրջ երկխոսությունը վերջին տարիներին դուրս Է մղվել ասպարեզից, եւ այն պետք Է վերսկսել»: Օլանդը նշել Է, որ դրանում կարեւոր դեր Է հատկացվում նաեւ Արհմիությունների եվրոպական համադաշնությանը:

Օլանդն իր ելույթում նշել Է նաեւ երկարաժամկետ գործազրկության դեմ մղվող պայքարում ավելի արդյունավետ միջոցառումների, մասնավորապես, «այդ խմբի մարդկանց հասարակության կյանքում ներգրավելու մեխանիզմների ստեղծման  անհրաժեշտությունը», հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
