«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Երեկ տարօրինակ իրադարձություններ տեղի ունեցան Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր ընկերության վաճառքի գործընթացի շուրջ։ ՀԷՑ-ի դեռ ներկայիս սեփականատեր «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ» ընկերությունը իր կայքում տեղադրեց հաղորդագրություն այն մասին, որ սեպտեմբերի 30-ին մոսկվայաբնակ հայ գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանին պատկանող «Տաշիր» խումբը եւ «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ» խումբը ստորագրել են պայմանագիր Հայաստանում գտնվող էլեկտրաէներգետիկ ակտիվների առք ու վաճառքի վերաբերյալ: Գործարքը արդեն հավանության է արժանացել ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից եւ կավարտվի Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի որոշումից հետո».– նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։ Կարճ ժամանակ անց «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ»-ն չեղյալ հայտարարեց իր այս հաղորդագրությունը եւ հեռացրեց կայքից։ Ավելի ուշ ճիշտ նույն հաղորդագրությունը հայտնվեց արդեն «Տաշիր» խմբի պաշտոնական կայքէջում ու այլեւս չհեռացվեց։ Իսկ արդեն երեկոյան կայքից հեռացված այդ հաղորդագրությունը վերագտավ իր տեղը նաեւ «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ»–ի կայքում։

Տարածած այս հաղորդագրությունում նշված է, որ գործարքի կողմերն են «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ»–ն եւ «Տաշիրը»։ Այսինքն ներկայիս սեփականատեր «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ»–ն վաճառողն է, իսկ «Տաշիրը» գնորդն է Բայց ամբողջ խնդիրն այն է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանության է արժանացրել մի գործարք, որում «Տաշիրը» որեւէ կարգավիճակով ներառված չէր։ Ըստ կառավարության որոշման, հավանություն էր տրվում «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ»–ի եւ «Լիորմանդ Հոլդինգզ Լիմիթեդ» ընկերության միջեւ կնքվելիք գործարքին։ Կարելի է ենթադրել, որ հենց այս իրավաբանական անհամապատասխանությունն է եղել պատճառը, որպեսզի «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ»–ն չեղյալ համարի իր հաղորդագրությունը։ Սակայն տարօրինակ է, որ ավելի ուշ հաղորդագրությունը վերականգնվեց, ու նաեւ «Տաշիրը» տարածեց նույն հաղորդագրությունը։ Սա տալիս է մեկ այլ ենթադրության հիմք։ Ամենեւին պետք չէ բացառել, որ «Տաշիր» խումբը ձեռք է բերել հենց «Լիորմանդ Հոլդինգզ Լիմիթեդ» ընկերության բաժնետոմսերը։

Տարածված հաղորդագրության մեջ, ինչպես նկատեցիք, գրված է. «... պայմանագիր Հայաստանում գտնվող էլեկտրաէներգետիկ ակտիվների առք ու վաճառքի վերաբերյալ»։ Հաջորդ նախադասությամբ արդեն հստակեցված է. «Կողմերը նաեւ համաձայնվել են, որ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» եւ «Հրազդանի ՊՇԷԿ» ընկերությունները կշարունակեն կատարել նախկինում ստանձնած պարտավորությունները ամբողջ ծավալով»։ Իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ «Տաշիրը» գնում է ոչ միայն ՀԷՑ-ը, այլ նաեւ «Հրազդանի ՊՇԷԿ»–ը։ Սա ըստ էության նորություն է՝ նախկինում անգամ ակնարկ չի եղել, որ «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ»–ն վաճառում է նաեւ իրեն պատկանող «Հրազդանի ՊՇԷԿ»–ը։ Այսպիսով, պետք է արձանագրել, որ «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ»-ն Հայաստանում այլեւս սեփականություն չի ունենա»:
