ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Մարտին Սարգսյանը սեպտեմբերի 29-ից հոկտեմբերի 2-ն աշխատանքային այցով գտնվում է Ռուսաաստանի Դաշնության Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ քաղաքում: Ինչպես Արմենպրես-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ԱԳԿՊԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, այցի հիմնական նպատակն է եղել տեղի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր հյուպատոսարա նում մեկնարկել պիլոտային ծրագիր, որը ՀՀ ԿԱ անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Մարտին Սարգսյանի և գլխավոր հյուպատոս Հրայր Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ գործարկվել է սեպտեմբերի 30-ին` հյուպատոսարանի շենքում:

Ծրագրի արդյունքում հնարավորություն կընձեռնվի ինչպես մեր հայրենակիցներին, այնպես էլ տվյալ երկրների բնակիչներին, խնայելով իրենց ժամանակն ու նյութական միջոցները, առանց անձամբ Հայաստանում լինելու, տեղեկատվություն ստանալ և գործարքների վերաբերյալ ներկայացնել ու ստանալ համապատասխան փաստաթղթեր Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գտնվող անշարժ գույքի վերաբերյալ:

Դեռևս 2015թ. հունվարից կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի կողմից նոտարներին հնարավորություն է տրվել կադաստրի համակարգից էլեկտրոնային կապի միջոցով ստանալ քաղաքացուն հետաքրքրող անշարժ գույքի միավորի վերաբերյալ միասնական տեղեկատվություն, ստանալ ու դիմողին տրամադրել անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունքների պետական գրանցման վկայականը: Հետագայում, կադաստրի համակարգում կատարվող բարեփոխումների շրջանակներում, որոշվել է նման կարգավիճակ տրամադրել նաև արտերկրում գտնվող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեսպաններին և հյուպատոսներին` անշարժ գույքի հետ առնչվող հարցերում Սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցների հոգսը թեթևացնելու համար:

Նախատեսված ծրագիրը հաջողությամբ գործարկելու դեպքում փորձը կտարածվի նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, ինչպես նաև այլ երկրների հայաշատ քաղաքներում:
