Կառավարությունն այսօր հաստատել է ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Սիմոն Պապյանի կողմից ՀՀ կառավարությանը ներկայացրած «Սևան» ազգային պարկի ռեկրեացիոն գոտում հանրային լողափի կազմակերպման մասին» որոշման նախագիծը: Փաստորեն, «Սևան» ազգային պարկի տարածքում հանրային օգտագործման նոր լողափ կկառուցվի:

«Սևան» ազգային պարկի գլխավոր հատակագծի հեղինակ Գագիկ Սուխուդյանի կարծիքով՝ այս որոշմամբ, փաստորեն, դեռևս վարձակալության չտրված տարածքներն են փորձում օգտագործել և հավանաբար այդ լողափը ազատ տարածքներից մեկում է կառուցվելու: «Նշված տարածքներն ամենաանհարմար ու քամոտ տարածքներն են, բայց կարծում եմ, որ կառավարությունն այս լողափը որոշել է կառուցել, հավանաբար այն պատճառով, որ մարդիկ բողոքում էին, որ հանրային լողափեր չկան: Ոչ մի քառակուսի մետր տարածք չկար, որ հանրությունը կարողանար իր հանգիստը կազմակերպեր, դրա համար էլ մի հատ ոսկոր են գցել մարդկանց առաջ, թե իբր այդ 9 հեկտարը հանրության համար է: Լողափն ունի երկու ամսվա կյանք և հարցն այն է, որ չի կարելի «Սևան» ազգային պարկը ջլատել ու սարքել մասնավոր կամ վարձակալած տարածքներ: Այն պետք է դիտարկվի որպես ամբողջական էկոլոգիական համակարգ, որն այսօր արդեն բավականին աղետալի վիճակում է հայտնվել»,- ասում է Գագիկ Սուխուդյանը:

Տեղեկացնենք նաև, որ «Սևան» ազգային պարկի տարածքում ընդգրկված Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ծովագյուղ համայնքի վարչական սահմաններում գտնվող 9.0 հա հողամասն առանձնացվել է նոր՝ N 8 լողափի կազմակերպման նպատակով: Պաշտոնական տեղեկության համաձայն՝ որոշման նախագծի ընդունումը հնարավորություն կընձեռի քաղաքացիներին «Սևան» ազգային պարկի ռեկրեացիոն գոտում կազմակերպել հանգիստ՝ առանց լրացուցիչ ծախսերի և կնպաստի հանրապետությունում զբոսաշրջության, սպորտի զարգացմանը և հանգստի կազմակերպմանը: Որոշումների նախագծերը հաստատվել են ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից և ուժի մեջ կմտնեն պաշտոնական հրապարակման հաջորդող օրվանից:

Իրականում առայժմ դեռ վաղ է ասել, թե թղթի վրա ընդունած որոշումն ինչ որակով և ի նպաստ ում կգործի, բայց այս պահին ընդգծենք միայն, որ «Սևան» ազգային պարկի տարածքը մաս-մաս անելու քաղաքականությունը շարունակվում է, որի հետևանքով այն վաղուց կորցրել է իր հիմնական նշանակությունը: Սևանը, դառնալով բիզնես նախագիծ, հարցականի տակ է դրել Հայաստանի ջրային պաշարներ ունենալու հարցն առհասարակ, սակայն հետաքրքիր է, որ կառավարությունն այս մասին անհանգստանալու փոխարեն նոր որոշումներով շարունակում է կիսել Սևանը:
