Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի նախաձեռնությամբ հաստատված՝ մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների և ԼՂՀ շրջանների միջև համագործակցության ծրագրով, հերթական անգամ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն է այցելել Երևանի Ավան վարչական շրջանի պատվիրակությունը՝ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Մանվել Ջավադյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Պատվիրակության հետ միասին ԼՂՀ-ում է նաև ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Ռոբերտ Սարգսյանը։

Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետ Սուրեն Գրիգորյանի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը բարձր են գնահատել Երևանի և Ստեփանակերտի միջև բարեկամական հարաբերությունները և հետագա համագործակցության պատրաստակամություն հայտնել, քննարկել առաջիկա ծրագրերը։

Երևանի Ավան վարչական շրջանի պատվիրակության անդամները Երևանի քաղաքապետի անունից ծաղկեպսակ են դրել Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքային հուշահամալիրում՝ հայրենիքի պաշտպանության ժամանակ զոհված ազատամարտիկների հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշակոթողին, ծաղիկներ խոնարհել նրանց շիրիմներին։

Պատվիրակության անդամներն այցելել են նաև Ստեփանակերտի համար 4 մսուր-մանկապարտեզ, ծանոթացել նախակրթարանի պայմաններին, նվերներ հանձնել ու պայմանավորվել են շարունակել ու ընդլայնել համագործակցությունը։ Երևանից ժամանած հյուրերը մասնակցել են նաև մանկապարտեզի երեխաների պատրաստած հանդեսին։ Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Սուրեն Թամրազյանի ուղեկցությամբ երևանյան պատվիրակությունը այցելել է նաև ԼՂՀ Մարտունու շրջան, որի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Կարեն Թովմասյանի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Ավան վարչական շրջանի և Մարտունու Ճարտար քաղաքի հետագա համագործակցության ծրագրերը առավել արդյունավետ դարձնելու ուղղությունները։ Այնուհետ Ավան վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Մանվել Ջավադյանը և ԼՂՀ Մարտունու շրջանի Ճարտարի քաղաքապետ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանը ստորագրել են փոխհամագործակցության ծրագիրը, որում ներառված են տարբեր ոլորտներ։ Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր, ծնունդով ճարտարեցի Ռոբերտ Սարգսյանը:

Հանդիպումից հետո երևանյան պատվիրակության անդամները այցելել են Ճարտարի քաղաքային հուշահամալիր ու հարգանքի տուրք մատուցել հայրենիքի պաշտպանության ժամանակ զոհված ազատամարտիկների հիշատակին, ծաղիկներ խոնարհել նրանց հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշակոթողին և շիրիմներին։ Պատվիրակությունը հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելու է այցելել նաև ՀՀ ազգային հերոս Մոնթե Մելքոնյանի (Ավո) հուշակոթող, ինչպես նաև ԼՂՀ Մարտունու շրջանի վարչակազմում հայրենիքի պաշտպանության ժամանակ զոված ազատամարտիկների հուշահամալիր։
