Ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժնից Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում 2015թ. հոկտեմբերի 5-ին, ժամը 10:00-ին գրություն է ստացվել, որ Կապանի Աշոտավան բանավանի հարակից ձորակում հայտնաբերվել է գանգոսկր:

Ինչպես հայտնեցին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտ ի  տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության  հետ կապերի բաժնից, անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը` Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության ավագ քննիչ Ն.Աբգարյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Կապանի Աշոտավան բանավանի հարակից ձորակում հայտնաբերվել է գանգոսկր, հարևանությամբ` տղամարդու տաբատ, որի գրպանում եղել է 500 և 10 ՀՀ դրամ անվանական արժեքով մետաղադրամներ, պրոթեզ` բաղկացած 14 ատամից, բաճկոն, որի գրպանում եղել է 14.02.1937թ. ծնված Սերյոժա Ավանեսյանի անվամբ անձնագիր, 3 հատ 10.000 ՀՀ դրամ անվանական արժեքով թղթադրամ, հեռախոսի լիցքավորիչ, մեկ տուփ ծխախոտ և լապտեր, ինչպես նաև՝ մոխրագույն շապիկի կտորներ:

Նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։

Տեղեկացնենք, որ 1937թ. ծնված Սերյոժա Ավանեսյանն անհետ կորած է համարվում 2015 թվականի փետրվարից։ 2015թ. փետրվարի 5-ին Կապան քաղաքի բնակիչ Բենիամին Մարգարյանը  ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժնում գրավոր հաղորդում է տվել, որ քեռին` 14.02.1937թ. ծնված Սերյոժա Արամի Ավանեսյանը, 2015թ. փետրվարի 4-ին Երևանից դուրս է եկել՝ Կապան ժամանելու համար, սակայն չի հասել:

Հաղորդման առթիվ 2015թ. փետրվարի 15-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (սպանություն):

Պարզվել է, որ Սերյոժա Ավանեսյանը կնոջ` Արշալույս Հովսեփյանի հետ բնակվել է Երևան քաղաքում՝ վերջինիս մեկսենյականոց տանը, կենսաթոշակառու էր, տառապել է ծերունական փսիխոզով, հաճախակի ունեցել հիշողության կորուստ: Առաջին կնոջից ունեցել է երկու որդի և մեկ դուստր, որոնք բնակվել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում: 2014թ. աշնանից սկսել է պարբերաբար այցելել Սյունիքում բնակվող հարազատներին:

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2015թ. փետրվարի 4-ին` առավոտյան, Երևանում ստացել է կենսթոշակը և  նույն օրը, ժամը 15-16-ի սահմաններում, քաղաքացի Դավթյանի վարած «Մերսեդես-Բենց C180» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով ճանապարհվել է Կապան։ Հասնելով Սյունիքի մարզի Արծվանիկ գյուղ՝ ցանկացել է իջնել ազգականի տան մոտ, սակայն տան տեղը շփոթելու պատճառով խնդրել է տանել Կապան, և ավտոմեքենայից իջել է Լեռնագործների փողոցի 2-րդ նրբանցքի մոտ:

Քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու Ս.Ավանեսյանի մահվան հանգամանքները։
