Անցած տարվա վերջին փոխարժեքի տատանումները և դրամի արժեզրկումը Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա ունեցել են հնարավորինս մեղմ ազդեցություն:

Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի 2014թ. դրամավարկային քաղաքականության տարեկան հաշվետվության քննարկման ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի տեղակալ Ներսես Երիցյանը՝ պատասխանելով ՕԵԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Մարգարյանի հարցին: «Այսօր արդեն կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ այդ ցնցումների ազդեցությունը մեր տնտեսության վրա եղավ հնարավորինս մեղմ: Այսինքն` այդ ցնցումներն ամբողջական ազդեցություն չունեցան մեր տնտեսության վրա, ինչը կարող էր շատ վտանգավոր լինել: Մենք կարող էինք ունենալ այն իրավիճակը, որ այսօր կա Ռուսաստանում և Ղազախստանում: Այդ երկրներում 15-20 տոկոս գնաճ կա, իսկ առանձին ապրանքների մասով՝ շատ ավելի բարձր: Մեզ հաջողվեց ունենալ ցածր գնաճ, ինչը կանխեց հետագա խնդիրները, որը մեր ճիշտ քաղաքականության և կառավարության հետ սերտ համագործակցության արդյունք էր»,- ընդգծեց Երիցյանը:

Նրա խոսքով` Կենտրոնական բանկն այդ ցնցումը գնահատել է կարճաժամկետ և վստահ է եղել, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսության հիմնարար ցուցանիշները շատ ավելի ուժեղ են,  քան, օրինակ, Ռուսաստանի տնտեսության նույն ցուցանիշները, որոնք էականորեն թուլացել են նավթի գների անկման հետ կապված: 

«Արդյունքում` Հայաստան ներկրվող ապրանքներն սկսել են էժանանալ: Սա նաև թույլ է տվել, որ  տարվա վերջին տրանսֆերտների մինչև 50 տոկոս նվազումը մեծ ազդեցություն չունենա փոխարժեքի և ֆինանսական շուկաների կայունության առումով: Այսինքն` դրանց ազդեցությունը տեղափոխվեց ներ մուծման առավել դանդաղ տեմպերով աճին կամ նվազմանը, որով հավասարակշռվեց մեր ընթացիկ հաշիվը: Այդ պարագայում մենք կարողացել ենք և' արտահանման, և' տնտեսական որոշակի աճ ապահովել»,- հայտնեց Երիցյանը:

Հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանում առկա զարգացումները՝ նա դրական է գնահատում տնտեսական ակտիվության մակարդակը, որը հնարավորություն կտա վերականգնել տնտեսության երկարաժամկետ ներուժը և ունենալ երկարաժամկետ կամ միջինժամկետ կայուն տնտեսական աճ:
