Չեխիայում և Սլովակիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Տիգրան Սեյրանյանը հոկտեմբերի 4-5-ին աշխատանքային այց է կատարել Սլովակիայի Հանրապետության մեծությամբ երկրորդ քաղաք Կոշիցե։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, Կոշիցեում ՀՀ դեսպանը հանդի պում է ունեցել քաղաքապետ, Սլովակիայի առողջապահության նախկին նախարար Ռիխարդ Ռաշիի և Սլովակիայի Ազգային խորհրդի, իշխող սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցության պատգամավոր Օտտո Բրիքսիի հետ:

Քաղաքապետի և պատգամավորի հետ հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվել է Հայաստանի քաղաքներից մեկի հետ գործընկերական հարաբերություններ հաստատելու հարցը։ Սլովակյան կողմը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել գործակցություն սկսել կոնկրետ նախագծերի շրջանակներում:

Պատգամավոր Բրիքսիի հետ քննարկվել են նաև Սլովակիայի խորհրդարանում Հայաստանի հետ միջխորհրդարանական բարեկամության խումբ ստեղծելու և միջխորհրդարանական երկխոսությունն ակտիվացնելու հարցը։

Դեսպան Սեյրանյանն այցելել է Պավոլ Յոզեֆ Շաֆարիկի անվան համալսարան: Բուհի ղեկավարության հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Հայաստանի բուհերի հետ բժշկության և բնական գիտությունների, մասնավորապես, աստղագիտության բնագավառներում համագործակցություն սկսելու հնարավորությունները։

Դեսպան Սեյրանյանը ուսանողադասախոսական կազմի առջև հանդես է եկել դասախոսությամբ, որի ընթացքում ներկայացրել է հայ-սլովակյան հարաբերությունների, Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման, հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության և խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացի ներկա վիճակը։ Դեսպանը երախտագիտությամբ նշել, որ Սլովակիայի խորհդարանը` Ազգային խորհուրդը ճանաչել և դատապարտել է Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը և քրեական օրենսգիրքը հավելել ցեղասպանությունների ժխտումը քրեականացնող հոդվածներով։

Այցի շրջանակներում Տիգրան Սեյրանյանը հանդիպել է նաև քաղաքի` շուրջ 30 ընտանիքից բաղկացած հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ:

2013թ.-ին Կոշիցեն ֆրանսիական Մարսելի հետ մեկտեղ հռչակվել է Եվրոպայի մշակույթիմայրաքաղաք։ Բոլորովին վերջերս Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովը որոշում է կայացրել, որքաղաքը կրելու է Եվրոպայի 2016 թվականի սպորտի մայրաքաղաքի տիտղոսը։
