 ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը հոկտեմբերի 13-ին ընդունել է Ալբանիայի հայկական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ Վարուժան և Պերճ Փիրանյաններին: Պերճ Փիրանյանը հայերեն-ալբաներեն բառարան կազմելու համար 2012թ. պարգևատրվել է ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության պատվոգրով: Վարուժան Փիրանյանը Ալբանիայի Ապահովագրության ինստիտուտի զարգացման դեպարտամենտի տնօրենն է:

Ինչպես Արմենպրես-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության մամուլի և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ սփյուռքի նախարարը ներկայացրել է նախարարության գործունեությունը և կարևորել Ալբանիայի հայ համայնքի հետ համագործակցությունը, հատկապես երիտասարդների մասնակցությունն «Արի տուն» և «Ամառային դպրոց» ծրագրերին:

Նախարարը, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Սփյուռքում հայկական համայնքը հայ պահելու համար մենք պետք է օգնենք պահպանել լեզուն, մշակույթը, հավատքը, ընտանիքը: Մենք ծրագրեր ենք մշակում, որպեսզի Սփյուռքը ավելի մոտենա Հայաստանին, Հայաստանն էլ Սփյուռքին: Շատ կարևոր է սփյուռքի համախմբումը և մեկտեղումը, միասնականության զորացումը»: Նախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հյուրերին՝ անշահախնդիր, ազգանպաստ գործունեության համար:

Հյուրերը ներկայացրել են համայնքի խնդիրները, առանձնահատկությունները, եկեղեցի և դպրոց հիմնելու ծրագրերը: Քննարկվել են հետագա համագործակցության, ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության ծրագրերին մասնակցության հարցերը:
