ՎԶԵԲ-ն այս տարի Հայաստանի համար 1-3 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ է կանխատեսում

Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկն այս տարի Հայաստանի համար 1-3 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ է կանխատեսում: Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 14-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Մարկ Դևիսը:

 «Հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանի բարդ իրադրությունը՝ Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճի վերաբեյալ մեր նախնական կանխատեսումն ամենացածրն էր՝ -1.5 տոկոս: Մենք Ռուսաստանի համար կանխատեսել ՝էինք -4 տոկոս ՀՆԱ-ի աճ: Հաշվի էինք առել այն հանգամանքը, որ Ռուսաստանի բարդ տնտեսական իրավիճակն ազդելու է նաև Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա: Հաշվի էինք առել նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանում կրճատվել են տրանսֆերները, ներդրումները: Սակայն տարվա ընթացքում բավականին լավ ազդակներ եղան, որոնք ցույց տվեցին, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը կարողանում է դիմայակել այդ մարտահրավ երներին: Այս ամսվա վերջին մենք կհրապարակենք Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճի վերաբերյալ վերջնական կանխատեսումը: Այս պահին չեմ կարող ասել, թե որքան կլինի այն վերջնական արդյունքում, բայց մեր կանխատեսումներով Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճը կլինի 1-3 տոկոսի սահմաններում»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Դևիսը:

Նա նշեց, որ այս տարի Հայաստանում բավականին լուրջ աճ է արձանագրել գյուղատնտեսությունը, որն էլ էական ազդեցություն է ունեցել երկրի տնտեսության զարգացման և աճի վրա: «Տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշները տարվա ընթացքում 4.2 տոկոսով ավելացան, ինչը գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում գրանցված աճի արդյունքն էր: Մեզ համար ողջունելի ՝է այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանում գյուղատնտեսությունն այսպիսի աճ է գրանցել: Տարվա ընթացքում այլ բարենպաստ գործոններ ևս եղան, որոնք մեզ ստիպեցին փոխել մեր կանխատեսումները: Օրինակ, տարվա ընթացքում շահագործման հանձնվեց պղնձի մեկ հանք, որը նախատեսվում էր շահագործել մեկ տարի ուշ, ինչն էլ հանգեցրեց  հանքաարդյունաբերության ոլորտի ակտիվացմանը: Իրականում այս ամենը խոսում է Հայաստանի տնտեսության տոկունության մասին, սակայն սա չի նշանակում, որ տարածաշրջանային տնտեսական զարգացումներն իրենց ազդեցությունը չեն թողնելու Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա: Առաջիկայում դրա հետևանքներն անպայման զգացվելու են»,- եզրափակեց Մարկ Դևիսը:

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հոկտեմբերի 7-ին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Հայաստանի համար մինչև 4 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ է կանխատեսել:
