ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարությունում քննարկվել են միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության ապահովման հարցեր

Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության քարտուղարությունում, ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորոդյուժայի նախագահությամբ, հոկտեմբերի 14-ին կայացել ՀԱՊԿ անդամ-պետությունների անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարների տեղակալների խորհրդակցությունը, որին մասնակցել են Ռուսաստանում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանը և Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական հանրապետության դեպանության ներկայացուցիչները:

Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության ապահովման մի շարք արդիական հարցեր:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՀԱՊԿ-ի պաշտոնական կայքից, Հայաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի,Ռուսաստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Տաջիկստանի, Իրանի և Չինաստանի ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց մտահոգությունն են հայտնել այն մասին, որ «Իսլամական պետությունը» փորձում է ընդլայնել իր տարածքները Մերձավոր Արևելքում`  ՀԱՊԿ-ի հարավային սահմաններում, Չինաստանում և Աֆղանստանում:

Հանդիպման նշվել է, որ որ Աֆղանստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ի համար սպառնալիք է: Այստեղից է անօրինական թմրանյութի արտահոսքը: Վտանգ կա, որ արմատական ծայրահեղական իսլամական խմբեր կներթափանցեն Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրներ, քանի որ թալիբներն արդեն մոտեցել են Տաջիկստանի սահմանին և հսկում են երկրին սահմանամերձ տարածքների 60 %-ը:

Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել է նաև այն հարցը, որ Արևելյան Եվրոպայի հավաքական անվտանգությունը լուրջ մտահոգությունների պատճառ ունի ՆԱՏՕ-ի գործողությունների հետ կապված: ՆԱՏՕ-ն պատրաստվում է  ռազմական ենթակառուցվածքներ տեղակայել անմիջապես Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի սահմանին: ՆԱՏՕ-ն պլանավորվում է, ըստ հերթականության,  Էստոնիայում, Լատվիայում, Լիտվայում, Լեհաստանում, Ռումինիայում և Բուլղարիում տեղակայել հրամանատարական կետեր և զորախմբեր, այդ թվում և ռազմական տեխնիկա:
