Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գագիկ Մինասյանը պատահական չի համարում սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների շուրջ քաղաքական կոնսոլիդացիայի առկայությունը: Հոկտեմբերի 15-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը պատգամավորն ընդգծեց, որ Ազգային ժողովում սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների քվեարկությանը նախորդած իրադարձությունները ցույց էին տալիս, որ քաղաքական կոնս ոլիդացիան ի վերջո կայանալու էր: «Այլ կերպ չէր էլ կարող լինել, որովհետև այն աշխատանքը, որը կատարվել է սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագծի մշակման ընթացքում, եղել է թափանցիկ, և այդ աշխատաքներին մասնակցել են նաև ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերը: Տարբեր փուլերում տարբեր քաղաքական ուժեր իրենց ներդրումն են ունեցել սահմանադրական բարեփոխումները կյանքի կոչելու գործում»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝  ընդգծեց պատգամավորը:

Գագիկ Մինասյանը կարևորում է այն հանգամանքը, որ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագծի վերջնական տարբերակում տեղ են գտել նաև ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացրած բազմաթիվ առաջարկներ: «Եվ պատահական չէ, որ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին դեմ արտահայտվողները խուսափում են նախագծի բովանդակությանն անդրադառնալուց, քանի որ նախագծի վերջնական տարբերակում լուծված են նրանց բոլոր մտահոգությունները»,- նշեց պատգամավորը՝ հավելելով, որ անհիմն է համարում հնչող կարծիքները, թե սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներն արվում են իշխանությունների վերարտադրումն ապահովելու համար:

Պատգամավորը նաև ընդգծեց, որ առաջարկվող բարեփոխումները մեկ քայլ առաջ կարելի է համարել մարդու իրավունքների ապահովման, իշխանությունների տարանջատման, դատական համակարգի բարելավման տեսանկյունից: Միևնույն ժամանակ, նա ընդգծեց, որ 2005թ. իրականացված սահմանադրական բարեփոխումները ևս մեկ քայլ առաջ էին նախորդ Սահմանադրության համեմատ: «Ես կարող եմ ասել, որ վերջին 20 տարում Հայաստանում իրականացված սահմանադրական գործընթացները  եղել են դինամիկ զարգացող հասարակության պահանջ և մեկ քայլ առաջ են եղել»,- հավելեց Մինասյանը:

Նա նաև կարծիք հայտնեց, որ «Ոչ»-ի շարժման անդամները չեն կարող սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեն իշխանափոխության վերածել:
