 Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հոկտեմբերի 15-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանի բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի 8-րդ «Արմթեք-Կոնգրես-2015» համաժողովի մի շարք պատվիրակների և նրանց հետ քննարկել Արցախում ՏՏ ոլորտի զարգացման հեռանկարներին վերաբերող հարցեր: Ինչպես Արմենպրեսին տեղեկացրին ԱՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, վարչապետն ուրախություն է հայտնել, որ հերթական «Արմթեք» համաժողովն անցկացվել է Ստեփանակերտում՝ այն համարելով կայացած փաստ և նոր խթան Արցախի տեխնոլոգիական բնագավառի գրավչության բարձրացման համար: Ոլորտում կառավարության ծրագրերի և անելիքների մասին Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Բարձր և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների բնագավառն առաջնահերթ ուղղություն է մեզ համար, և պատրաստ ենք դրա արագ զարգացման նպատակով համապատասխան քայլեր կատարել: Կառավարությունը պատրաստակամ է համագործակցել Արցախում գործունեություն ծավալելու հնարավորո ւթյամբ հետաքրքրված բոլոր ընկերությունների հետ: Նոր ներդրումների խրախուսման համար կաջակցենք ներդրողներին թե՛ ենթակառուցվածքների ապահովմամբ, և թե՛ արտոնյալ պայմանների տրամադրմամբ»:

Անդրադառնալով հաջողված օրինակներին՝  կառավարության ղեկավարը, ի թիվս այլ ձեռնարկությունների, շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հանդիպմանը ներկա «Սիներջի Ինթերնեյշնլ Սիսթեմս» ընկերության գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Աշոտ Հովհաննիսյանին և «Լոկատոր» ընկերության տնօրեն Արման Խաչատրյանին՝ բավարար կամք ցուցաբերելու և Արցախում երկարաժամկետ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու համար: Վարչապետը բարձր է գնահատել նաև «Ձեռնարկությունների ինկուբատոր հիմնադրամի» տնօրեն Բագրատ Ենգիբարյանի ներդրումը հանրապետությունում ՏՏ ոլորտի առաջընթացի գործ ում:

Հյուրերը վարչապետ Հարությունյանին են ներկայացրել իրենց ղեկավարած կազմակերպությունների փորձը, գործունեության ուղղությունները և ԱՀ-ում աշխատանքներն ընդարձակելու հեռանկարները: Կողմերը մտքեր են փոխանակել Արցախում տեխնոլոգիական և՛ կարճաժամկետ, և՛ երկարաժամկետ կրթական ծրագրերի իրագործման հնարավորությունների վերաբերյալ, որոնք թույլ կտան լուծել որակյալ կադրերի պատրաստման խնդիրը: Հանդիպման ժամանակ ձեռք են բերվել կոնկրետ պայմանավորվածություններ համագործակցության հետագա ընդլայնման և ընթացի ծրագրերի զարգացման ուղղությամբ:
