ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանըհոկտեմբերի 15-ին մասնակցել է Աստանայում կայացած ԱՊՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի հերթական նիստին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ԱՊՀ մասնակից երկրների արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները քննարկել են ու հավանություն տվել ԱՊՀ շրջանակներում համագործակցության տարբեր ոլորտներին վերաբերող շուրջ երկու տասնյակից ավելի փաստաթղթերի նախագծերի:

Նիստի ընթացքում համաձայնեցվել են նաև ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների իրավապահ, քննչական, արտակարգ իրավիճակների, անչափահասների իրավունքների պաշտպանության, մշակութային և կրթական բնագավառներում փոխգործակցությանն առնչվող մի շարք փաստաթղթեր:

ԱՊՀ երկրների արտգործնախարարները հավանության են արժանացրել  Չեռնոբիլի ողբերգության 30-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ ԱՊՀ պետությունների ղեկավարների ուղերձի նախագիծը։

Արտաքին գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները քննարկել են  ԱՊՀ գործունեության օրակարգային հարցեր։

Ելույթ ունենալով ԱՊՀ արտգործնախարարների խորհրդի նիստին՝ նախարար Նալբանդյանը անդրադարձել է Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության ստեղծման 70-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ ԱՊՀ պետությունների ղեկավարների հայտարարության նախագծին։ Նա կարևորել է  ՄԱԿ-ի առաջնորդող դերը աշխարհում խաղաղության և անվտանգության պահպանման գործում։ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի խոսքով՝ ԱՊՀ մասնակից երկրների ղեկավարների կողմից հայտարարության ընդունումը վկայում է ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության նպատակներին և սկզբունքներին հավատարմության մասին։ 

«Կարծում ենք, որ ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադ րության սկզբունքների ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի խախտումը, դրանց ընտրողական կիրառումը, միակողմանի պատժամիջոցները, այդ թվում` շրջափակումը, այլ երկրների հաշվին սեփական անվտանգության ամրապնդումը, անընդունելի են»,- ընդգծել է Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը։

ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը խոսել է նաև ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների դեմ համակարգված պայքարի անհրաժեշտության մասին. «Առաջնային խնդիր է այսպես կոչված «օտարերկրյա ահաբեկիչ-գրոհայինների» երևույթի կանխարգելման նպատակով համատեղ աշխատանքը»։
