ՀՀ Զինված ուժերում հոգևոր ծառայություն իրականացնող Հայ Առաքեյական եկեղեցու սպասավորները կենսապահովման ամսական ծախսերի և բնակելի տարածության վարձակալության համար դրամական փոխհատուցում կստանան: Որոշման նախագիծը հաստատվեց ՀՀ կառավարության հոկտեմբերի 15-ի նիստում:

Մինչ 2018 թվականը նշյալ ծախսերը կիրականացնի ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը:

Սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո` մեկամսյա ժամկետում, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսի հետ պետք է համաձայնեցնի ու հաստատի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերում Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու սպասավորների կողմից հոգևոր ծառայություն իրականացնելու մասին կանոնադրությունը:

Կախված հոգևոր ծառայողի կարգից և ընտանիքի անդամների թվից` կենսապահովման ծախսերի չափը կլինի 125-300 հազար դրամ:

Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ ԶՈՒ հոգևոր ծառայության առաջնորդի և փոխառաջնորդի համար ծախսերի ամսական չափը, համապատասխանաբար, սահմանված է 300 և 225 հազարական դրամ:Զորամիավորման մինչև 4 հոգանոց ընտանիք ունեցող  հոգևոր ծառայության առաջնորդը կստանա 200 հազար դրամ, իսկ 4 և ավելի անդամի դեպքում` 225 հազար դրամ: Հոգևոր ծառայության սպասավորներն էլ, կախված զորամասի կարգից, կստանան 125-200 հազար դրամ:
