Հայաստանը և Եվրամիությունը նոր համաձայանգրի շուրջ բանակցությունները կսկսեն մինչև տարեվերջ: Այս մասին Արմենպրես-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը: «Բանակցությունների մեկնարկի համար հստակ օր այս պահի դրությամբ ֆիքսված չէ, սակայն ես լիահույս եմ, որ մինչև տարեվերջ մենք կսկսենք բանակցությունները, որովհետև մենք մ անդատին էինք սպասում»,- նշեց փոխնախարարը:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե համագործակցության ի՞նչ ուղղություններ են ամրագրվելու նոր համաձայնագրում՝ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանն ընդգծեց, որ այս ընթացքում ԵՄ ներկայացուցիչների հետ անցկացվել են աշխատանքային քննարկումներ՝ ուրվագծելու համար բանակցությունների ձևաչափը և հետագա համագործակցության ուղիները: «Բանակցությունները հիմնականում ընթանալու են մասնագիտական քննարկումների ժամանակ ուրվագծված ուղղությունների շուրջ»,- հավելեց Մելքոնյանը:

Նա նկատեց, որ ցանկություն է եղել հնարավորինս պահպանել նախկինում բանակցված համաձայնագրի կետերը, սակայն եղել են կետեր, որ հնարավոր չէ նոր համաձայնագրում ներառել: «Օրինակ, մենք չենք կարող ներառել ազատ առևտրի բաղադրիչը՝ այսինքն տարիֆների զրոյացումը և մի քանի այլ կետեր: Բայց մնացածը բանակցությունների հարց է, որի ընթացքում մենք բոլոր հարցերին կանդրադառնանք: Ես լիահույս եմ, որ կառուցողական և արդյունավետ բանակցությունների արդյունքում մենք կստանանք այն համաձայնագիրը, որը պետք է ստորագրվի կողմերի միջև»,- մանրամասնեց փոխնախարարը:

Նա դժվարացավ նշել, թե երբ կստորագրվի նոր համաձայնագիրը՝ ընդգծելով, որ դա կախված կլինի բանակցությունների ընթացքից: «Ես կարծում եմ՝ արհեստական ժամկետներ ֆիքսելը ճիշտ չէ: Բանակցությունների ընթացքում բավականին ծավալուն քննարկումներ են լինելու բազմաթիվ ոլորտների ներգրավմամբ: Մենք արդեն նախկինում բավականին լուրջ աշխատանք ենք կատարել, ինչը մեզ ավելի արագ առաջ գնալու հնարավորություն կտա, սակայն ժամկետներ սահմանելն անիմաստ է: Ամեն ինչ ցույց կտա բանակցությունների ընթացքը»,- եզրափակեց Մելքոնյանը:

Հոկտեմբերի 12-ին ԵՄ-ն Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցության նոր համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ բանակցությունները սկսելու մանդատ է տրամադրել:
