ԱՄՆ-Հայաստան երկկողմ առևտրաշրջանառությունը նախորդ տարի կազմել է 153 միլիոն դոլար. ԱՄՆ դեսպան

 Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ռիչարդ Միլսը Արմենպրես-ի խնդրանքով պատասխանեց  ԱՄՆ մայրաքաղաք Վաշինգտոնում մայիսի 8-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների միջև ստորագրված Առևտրի և ներդրումների շրջանակային համաձայնագրից ակնկալվող արդյունքներին, դրա շրջանակներում ստեղծվելիք Առևտրի և ներդրումների հայ-ամերիկյան խորհրդի ստեղծման ժամկետներին, ինչպես նաև հայ-ամերիկյան երկկողմ իրականացրած ներդրումների ծավալներին վերաբերող հարցերին:

-Ի՞նչպիսի նոր հնարավորություններ կարող է ընձեռելՀայաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև ՀՀ նախագահ ՍերժՍարգսյանի` Վաշինգտոն այցի ժամանակ ՀՀ արտաքինգործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի և ԱՄՆառևտրի ներկայացուցչի տեղակալ Դեն Մուլանիընթացիկ տարվա մայիսի 8-ին կնքված առևտրի< b> ևներդրումային շրջանակային համաձայնագիրը:

-Մայիսին ստորագրված Առևտրի և ներդրումների շրջանակային համաձայնագրով ձևավորվեց Առևտրի ու ներդրումների հարցերով հայ-ամերիկյան խորհուրդ, որի կազմում ընդգրկված բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները համատեղ քննության կառնեն առևտրին ու ներդրումներին վերաբերող հարցերը: Հենց երկու կողմերն էլ այս շրջանակում կհստակեցնեն  առևտրային հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման  հնարավորությունները: 

- Ձեր կարծիքով հատկապես ո՞ր ոլորտներն են ՀՀ-ում հետաքրքիր ամերիկյան ներդրողների համար:

-Ամերիկյան ներդրողներն արդեն իսկ հետաքրքրված են Հայաստանի ընձեռած բազմաթիվ հնարավորություններով: Միացյալ Նահանգների ու Հայաստանի միջև երկկողմ առևտրաշրջանառությունը (արտահանում գումարած ներմուծում) 2014 թվականին կազմել է 153 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար: 2014 թվականին Հայաստան են ներմուծվել 56 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ ամերիկյան ապրանքներ՝ թռչնամիս, մեքենայական սարքավորումներ, ավտոմեքենաներ և օպտիկական ու բժշկական սարքավորումներ: Ամերիկյան օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումները Հայաստանում 2013թ. կազմել են 1 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար: 2014 թվականի Հայաստանից ԱՄՆ է ներմուծվել 96 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողությամբ ապրանքներ՝ ալյումին, գործված հագուստեղեն, կոնյակ, ադամանդ, վերամշակված մրգեր ու բանջարեղեն: Հայաստանի օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումներն ԱՄՆ-ում 2013 թվականին կազմել են 1 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար: Միացյալ Նահանգները մնում է Հայաստանի ամենակարևոր ու կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող առևտրային գործընկերներից մեկը: Սա պայմանավորված է մեր երկու երկրների միջև պատմականորեն առկա սերտ տնտեսական, քաղաքական և մշակութային կապերով:

-Հստակեցված են արդյոք Առևտրի և ներդրումների հայ-ամերիկյան խորհրդի ստեղծման ժամկետները. մոտավորապես ինչժամանակահատվածի մասին է խոսքը:

- Ցանկացած բարձրաստիճան պատվիրակության պարագայում մինչ ժամկետների հստակեցումը որոշակի ժամանակ է պահանջվում: Հուսով ենք, որ Առևտրի ու ներդրումների հարցերով հայ-ամերիկյան խորհրդի հանդիպումը կկայանա նոյեմբերի կեսերին Երևանում:
