ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հոկտեմբերի 16-ին Ղազախստանի Հանրապետությունում ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստից հետո, մասնակցել է նաև Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նեղ, ապա ընդլայնված կազմով նիստերին: ԻնչպեսԱրմենպրես-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ք< span>ննարկումների ընթացքում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարները` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, Բելառուսի Հանրապետության նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն, Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևը, Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Ալմազբեկ Աթամբաևը և ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, քննարկել են միության առավել արդիական խնդիրներն ու զարգացման հեռանկարները: Հանդիպման արդյունքներով կողմերը ստորագրել են երրորդ երկրների, ինչպես նաև միջազգային կառույցների հետ փոխգործակցության կարգը սահմանող մի շարք փաստաթղթեր: Մասնավորապես, Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի անդամները հաստատել են «2015-2016թթ. Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միջազգային գործունեության հիմնական ուղղությունները» և «ԵԱՏՄ հիմնական գործընկերների հետ միջնաժամկետ հեռանկարում առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության զարգացման մոտեցումները»:

Նիստի ընթացքում որոշում է կայացվել Իսրայելի Պետության հետ սկսել բանակցություններ ազատ առևտրի գոտու ստեղծման ուղղությամբ: Տվյալ որոշումն ընդունվել է համատեղ հետազոտական խմբի զեկույցի արդյունքներով:

Միության պետությունների ղեկավարները հաստատել են ծառայությունների տեսակների ցանկը, որոնց մասով ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում ծառայությունների միասնական շուկայի ձևավորումն իրականացվելու է ազատականացման պլան-ժամանակացույցի համապատասխան: Կողմերը հաստատել են նաև ԵԱՏՄ մարմիններում արտաքին աուդիտի մասին դրույթները:

Կողմերը քննարկել են կադրային և ընթացիկ հարցեր, այդ թվում՝ Բելառուսի Հանրապետությունում ԵԱՏՄ դատարանի գտնվելու պայմանների և Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետությունից դատավորների պաշտոններում նշանակումների հարցը:

Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստում ընդունվել է նաև ԵԱՏՄ-ում նոր անդամների ընդունման և անդամակցության դադարեցման Կարգը:

Նիստում հաստատվել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի Կոլեգիայի նախագահի պաշտոնի ստանձնման հարցը, ըստ որի, սահմանված կարգով այդ պաշտոնը 2016թ. փետրվարի 1-ից անցնում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներկայացուցիչ Տիգրան Սուրենի Սարգսյանին:
