Շիրակում կատարվել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գողություններ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են Շիրակի մարզում առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գողության մի քանի դրվագներ, որոնք կատարվել են նույն անձանց կողմից։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության  հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցներով պարզվել է, որ Ախուրյանում 2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 16-ին և Գյումրիում 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբեր 9-ին տեղի ունեցած առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գողությունները կատարվել են նույն անձանց կողմից։

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ գողությունների իրագործմանը մասնակից է եղել 4 անձ, որոնցից 2-ը՝ գյումրեցի, 2-ը՝ երևանցի։ Տների ընտրությունը կատարել են գյումրեցիները եւ ընտրված բնակարանի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները տրամադրել մյուս անձանց, իսկ բուն գողությունը կատարել են 2 երևանցիները։

Ըստ նախնական համաձայնության՝ գյումրեցի ընկերների կողմից ստանալով անհրաժեշտ տեղեկությունները, երևանցի 2 տղամարդ 2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 16-ին, ժամը 13-ի սահմաններում, ուրիշի գույքը գաղտնի հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ, տեխնիկական միջոցի գործադրմամբ մուտքի դռան փականը կոտրելու և դուռը բացելու միջոցով ապօրինի մուտք են գործել Շիրակի մարզի մեկ այլ բնակչի տուն և գողացել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի` 4 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր արժողությամբ ոսկյա զարդեր, 9 հազար ՀՀ դրամ և 2 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար:

Գողության մյուս դրվագը գրանցվել է 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 9-ին. ստացված նախնական տեղեկատվության հիման վրա՝ Երևանի 2 բնակիչներն ապօրինի մուտք են գործել Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակարաններից մեկը և այնտեղից գաղտնի հափշտակել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 10 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր արժողությամբ ոսկյա զարդեր, բիժուտերիա,  1 միլիոն182 հազար 700 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 2 հազար 500 ԱՄՆ դոլար և տանտիրոջ նույնականացման քարտը, որոնք գտնվել են կանաչ գույնի մետաղյա պահարանի և զարդատուփի մեջ:

Նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ հափշտակությունը կատարելուց հետո միանալով տուժողի տան մոտ իրենց սպասող 2 գյումրեցիներին՝ նրանցից մեկի առաջարկով գնացել են աներոջ տան բակում գտնվող արհեստանոց, որտեղ բացել են մետաղյա պահարանը և վերցրել ոսկյա զարդերը, իսկ հափշտակված բիժուտերիան լցրել դրա մեջ ու այրել։ Հանցագործության հետքերը թաքցնելու նպատակով  մետաղյա պահարանը դնելով թղթե արկղի մեջ ու թելով կապելով՝ գցել են Գյումրու Սուրբ Նշան եկեղեցու հետնամասում գտնվող գետակը:

Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է նշված 4 անձանց ինքնությունը, որոնցից 3-ը հայտնաբերվել են։

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Երևանի 30-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին, 1.1-րդ կետերով (2 դրվագ) և 324-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով, Գյումրու 2 բնակիչներին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 1.1-րդ կետերով (2 դրվագ) և 38-324-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։

4-րդ անձին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ։

Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
