Հայ մասնագետները գործընկերների հետ քննարկեցին ափամերձ տարածքներում շրջակա միջավայրի խնդիրները

Ճարտարապետության և շինարարության Հայաստանի ազգային համալսարանում (ՃՇՀԱՀ) տեղի ունեցավ «Ծովամերձ տարածքում շրջակա միջավայրի խնդիրների ափամերձ մոնիտորինգ և դրանց լուծման ուղիները» թեմայով միջազգային գիտահետազոտական ծրագրի հերթական 3-րդ սեմինար խորհրդակցությունը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրեցին ՃՇՀԱՀ-ից, սեմինարը կայացավ «Սևծովյան համագործակցո ւթյան» շրջանակներում և Եվրամիության ֆինանսավորմամբ։

Սեմինար խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցեցին գործընկեր պետությունների աշխատանքային խմբերի ներկայացուցիչները։ Ծրագրի իրականացման գործընկեր կողմերն են՝ Սալոնիկի քաղաքապետարանը՝ (Հունաստան), Կարադենիսի տեխնիկական համալսարանը՝ Տրապիզոն, (Թուրքիա), «Գիտություն և էներգետիկա միությունը»՝ (Վրաստան), Ճարտարապետության և շինարարության Հայաստանի ազգային համալսարանը՝ (Հայաստան): Ծրագրի համակարգողն է Հունաստանը։

«21-րդ դարում էկոլոգիական խնդիրները լուրջ մարտահրավերներ են նետել գիտությանը։ Այն որ ցիվիլիզացիան մի օր առաջացնելու էր էկոլոգիական խնդիրներ, անխուսափելի էր։ Բնական է, որ միջազգային գիտական միտքը այսօր ուղված է էկոլոգիական խնդիրների բացահայտմանն ու լուծմանը։ Այս առումով մենք խիստ կարևորում ենք Եվրամիության աջակցությամբ այս ծրագրի իրականացումը»,- խորհրդակցության բացմանն ասաց ՃՇՀԱՀ-ի ռեկտոր Գագիկ Գալստյանը, հույս հայտնելով, որ այս ծրագիրը կնպաստի հետագա համագործակցության զարգացմանը։

Ծրագրի նպատակն է բացահայտել Սև ծովի առափնյա տարածքներում առկա էկոլոգիական վիճակը և մշակել միջոցառումների իրականացման ծրագիր որոնց գործարկումով կմեղմացվեն սպառնացող էկոլոգիական ռիսկերը։

«Շնորհակալություն հայկական կողմին՝ համալսարանի ռեկտորին և գիտաշխատողներին, իրականացվող աշխատանքների համար։ Եվրամիության ֆինանսավորմամբ այս ծրագրի նպատակն է մշակել աշխատանքային գործիքներ և դրանք տրամադրել քաղաքային իշխանություններին էկոլոգիական խնդիրները լուծելու համար։ Մեր գնահատմամբ այս ծրագիրը հաջողված է և հիմք է ստեղծում ապագա նոր համագործակցության»,-իր ելույթում ասաց Սալոնիկի քաղաքապետարանի ներկայացուցիչ Պոլիկարպոս Կարկավիցասը։

Սեմինար խորհրդակցության քննարկումներից հետո՝ հիդրավլիկական հետազոտությունների լաբորատորիայում հայկական կողմը գործնականում ներկայացրեց ափամերձ տարածքներում, գետաբերանային հատվածներում, ջրաբերուկների նստեցման երևութի մոդելային հետազոտությունը՝ լաբորատոր փորձարկումով։ Սեմինար խորհրդակցության նպատակը գործընկեր կողմերի հաշվետվությունների քննարկումն է և հետագա աշխատանքների կատարման մանրամասների պարզաբանումները: Երևանյան սեմինարում նախատեսվում է քննարկել և ամբողջականացնել հետազոտական խմբերի ձեռքբերումները և ստացած գիտակա ն արդյունքները, այցելել գիտահետազոտական լաբորատորիա, ականատես լինել թեմային առնչվող գիտափորձերին:
