Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի պատվիրակությունը հոկտեմբերի 12-ից 15-ը ուսումնական այցով Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետությունում էր: Պատվիրակության կազմում էին Ակադեմիայի խորհրդի անդամներ, ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Արսեն Մկրտչյանը, ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի քաղաքացիական և վարչական պալատի նախագահ Երվանդ Խունդկարյանը, Երևան քաղաքի դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը, Ակադեմիայի ռեկտոր Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը, առկա ուսուցման վարչության պետ Արմեն Բաղդասարյանը, գիտահետազոտական վարչության պետ Էմիլ Ամիրխանյանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի հանրային կապերի բաժնից, գերմանական նույնանման կառույցի գործունեությանն ու երկարամյա փորձին տեղում ծանոթանալու նպատակով՝ Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի ներկայացուցիչները այցելել են երկրի արևմուտքում գտնվող հնագույն Տրիեր քաղաք՝ Գերմանիայի դատական ակադեմիա: Այն ոլորտում համաշխարհային առաջատարներից է և շուրջ 45 տարի իրականացնում է դատավորների և դատախազների վերապատրաստում: Այցի շրջանակում մեր պատվիրակները ծանոթացել են Դատական ակադեմիայի պայմաննե րին, գործունեությանը, ապա՝ ակադեմիայի տնօրեն Սթեֆան Թրաթսի հետ քննարկել  երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք հարցեր: Դատական ակադեմիայում, մասնագիտական դասընթացներից բացի, հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվում նաև հարակից առարկաների ուսումնական ծրագրերին և դասավանդման մեթոդներին:

Այցի շրջանակում Ակադեմիայի ներկայացուցիչները այցելել են նաև Գերմանիայի Ռեյնլանդ-Պֆալց երկրամասի արդարադատության նախարարության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանում, որն զբաղվում է վերապատրաստման գործընթացի համակարգմամբ: Նախարարության մասնագետների հետ քննարկվել են երկու երկրներում դատավորների և դատախազների մասնագիտական պատրաստման և վերապատրաստմանն առնչվող հարցեր:

Ուսումնական այցը կազմակերպել էր Գերմանիայի միջազգային համագործակցության ընկերությունը (GIZ):
