ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունը պատրաստ է շահագրգիռ կողմերի հետ քննարկել պրոբացիայի մասին օրենքի ներդրումը

 ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանի և ԵԽ երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Նաիրա Ավետիսյանի մասնակցությամբ հոկտեմբերի 21-ին տեղի է ունեցել քննարկում՝ «Պրոբացիայի և պրոբացիայի պետական ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի հիմնադրույթների և դրա վերաբերյալ Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի ներկայացրած նախնական փորձագիտական կարծիքի վերաբերյալ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Սուրեն Քրմոյանը նշել է,  որ օրենքի նախագիծը դեռևս գտնվում է լրամշակման փուլում և քննարկումնների ժամանակ մասնակիցների կողմից հնչեցված ողջամիտ առաջարկներն անպայման տեղ կգտնեն օրենքի վերջնական տարբերակում: Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալը հայտնել է նաև ՀՀ ԱՆ պատրաստակամությունը՝ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների և շահագրգիռ պետական մարմինների հետ պրոբացիոն ծառայության ներդրման աշխատանքներում ևս սերտ հ ամագործակցություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

ԵԽ երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Նաիրա Ավետիսյանն անդրադառնալով «Աջակցություն Հայաստանում պրոբացիոն ծառայության ստեղծմանը» ծրագրին՝ կարևորել է դրա շրջանակներում ներդրվող պիլոտային ծրագրերը, որոնք, նրա խոսքով, հնարավորություն կտան հասկանալ, թե պրոբացիոն ծառայության ոլորտում տարբեր երկրներում ներդրված հաջող փորձերը և դրանց առանձնահատկությունները որքանով են կիրառելի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում:

Պրոբացիոն ծառայության հիմնական գործառույթը հանդիսանալու է այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցների կատարման ապահովումը և այլընտրանքային պատիժների կիրառման կատարելագործումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում, ինչի շնորհիվ զգալիորեն կնվազեցվի նաև քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների գերբնակեցումը:
