Ադրբեջանցի մտավորական Ռամիս Յունուսի աչքերով Ադրբեջանը ձև է առանց բովանդակության: Վերջին տարիներին Ադրբեջանում բարոյական արժեքների դեգրադացիայի աստիճանը գնահատելու, ինչպես նաև ներկայիս Ադրբեջանի՝ առանց բովանդակության ձև լինելը հասկանալու համար մտավորականը մեջբերում է գերմանացի փիլիսոփա Ֆրիդրիխ Նիցշեին, ով ասել է. «Մակերեսային մարդիկ մշտապես պետք է ստեն, քանի որ նրանք զրկված են բովանդակությունից»: Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Ռ. Ներկայիս Ադրբեջանի ձևն ու բովանդակությունը պատկերացնելու համար Ռ. Յունուսն ընթերցողներին հիշեցնում է որպես հանրապետություն Ադրբեջանի խորհրդանիշներից դրոշի գույները, և ներկայացնում, թե ինչքանով է դրա հոգևոր բաղադրիչն այսօր պահանջված ադրբեջանական հասարակության կողմից:
Ռ. Յունուսը հիշեցնում է Ադրբեջանի դրոշի գույների նշանակությունը. երկնագույնը հանդիսանում է թյուրքական ազգային մշակույթի, կարմիրը՝ ժամանակակից եվրոպական ժողովրդավարության, կանաչը՝ իսլամական քաղաքակրթության խորհրդանիշը, դրոշի վրայի կիսալուսինը խորհրդանշում է իսլամը:
Ադրբեջանի՝ թյուրքական ազգային մշակույթին պատկանելու հետ կապված՝ Ռ. Յունուսը խորհուրդ է տալիս դիտարկել Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի միջև քաղաքական և մշակութային հարաբերությունների մակարդակը և այդ ցուցանիշը համեմատել Ռուսաստանի հետ: Ըստ նրա՝ բոլոր ուղղություններով Ռուսաստանի հետ Ադրբեջանի փոխհարաբերությունները մի քանի անգամ գերազանցում են ադրբեջանական դրոշի երկնագույնի բնորոշած հոգևոր պատկանելությունը թյուրքական մշակույթին:
Կապված կարմիր գույնի և այն բանի հետ, թե այսօր Ադրբեջանն ինչքանով է համապատասխանում ժամանակաից եվորպական ժողովրդավարության նորմերին, Ռ. Յունուսը նշում է հեղինակավոր միջազգային իրավապաշտպան Freedom House, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch կազմակերպությունների զեկույցները և Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների աղետալի վիճակի, տարեցտարի ավելացող քաղբանտարկյալների թվի և ավտորիտարզմի այլ չափանշների մասին, որոնք ոչ մի կերպ չեն ծայրակցվում Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի անդամ-երկիր հասկացության հետ, ինչպիսին հանդիսանում է Ադրբեջանն իր անկախության երկար տարիների ընթացքում:
Իսլամական աշխարհին պատկանելու հետ կապված այդ հոգևոր անհապատասխանությունը գնահատելու և հասկանալու համար Ռ. Յունուսը նշում է, որ բավական է ծանոթանալ Ադրբեջանում այդ թեմայի «դրոշակակրի» աշխատանքի հետ՝ ի դեմս Կովկասի մահմեդականների վարչության, որը 30 տարի անընդմեջ ղեկավարում է շեյխ Ալլահշուքյուր Փաշազադեն, և տեսնել, թե ինչպես են նրանք «պաշտպանում» իսլամական արժեքները: Նա հատուկ նշում է, որ ԿՄՎ ներկայիս ղեկավարի համար, որին այդ պաշտոնում աշխատանքի է դրել անձամբ Հեյդար Ալիևը, ոչինչ չի փոխվել, քանի որ կառավարաությունում բազմաթիվ պաշտոններում աշխատում են նրան ծանոթ մարդիկ, որոնց հետ նա տասնյակ տարիներ անցել է «կրակի, ջրի և պղնձե խողովակների» միջով: Փաշազադեն ԿՄՎ-ը, սրբավայրեր ուխտագնացությունը, կրոնական արարողություններն ու ծառայությունները վերածել է բիզնեսի, ենթարկել այն Ալիևների ընտանիքին և հիշատակում է նրանց անգամ աղոթքներում, ինչը ոչ մի կապ չունի իսլամական մշակույթի հետ:
«Ադրբեջանում ձևի և բովանդակության անհամապատասխանության նման կարճ վերլուծությունը կօգնի հասկանալ երկիրը համակած կեղծիքի և ստի մակարդակը: Անբարոյականության ինչպիսի աստիճանի պետք է հասնել, որպեսզի ԿԳԲ-ի գեներալին, ով ամբողջ կյանքում պայքարել է դեմոկրատական արժեքների դեմ, այսօր հայտարարել «համազգային առաջնորդ», և ժողովրդավարության ջատագոնվերի համար ամենավիրավորականն այն է, որ նրա դիմանկարները, որոնցով զարդարված է ամբողջ երկիրը, գովազդվում են եռագույնի ֆոնին, որի իմաստը Հեյդար Ալիևն ու ներկայիս իշխանության մեջ նրա հետևորդները ամբողջությամբ ամլացրել են անկախության այս տարիներին: Ինչպես նման դեպքերում ասել է ֆրանսիացի մեծ գրող Վիկտոր Հյուգոն՝ «սուտը չարի մարմնավորումն է» և ուղղակի անհնար է չհամաձայնվել դասականի այդ աֆորիզմի հետ», -գրում է ադրբեջանցի մտավորականը:
