 ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը ՀՀ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների նախագծի, սպասվող հանրաքվեի, ինչպես նաեւ հանրաքվեի արդյունքում Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հաստատումից հետո սպասվող օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտությանը վերաբերող հարցերը քննարկել է «Ժողովրդավարություն՝ իրավունքի միջոցով» հանձնաժողովի (Վենետիկի հանձնաժողով) նախագահ Ջանի Բուկիկիոյի հետ:

Ինչպես Արմենպրեսին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, խոսելով Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների սպասվող հանրաքվեի մասին՝ ԱԺ նախագահը վստահեցրել է, որ ՀՀ իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անելու են հանրաքվեն ժողովրդավարական չափանիշներին համապատասխան անցկացնելու համար:

«Ես վստահ եմ, որ հանրաքվեն դրական ելք է արձանագրելու, քանի որ արդեն սկսված «ոչ»-ի քարոզարշավում նախագծի բովանդակային մասով որեւէ իրական քննադատություն նկատելի չէ»,-նշել է Գալուստ Սահակյանը: Խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը Ջանի Բուկիկիոյին տեղեկացրել է նաեւ, որ Սահմանադրության փոփոխություններից հետո անհրաժեշտություն կառաջանա փոփոխելու շուրջ երեք հարյուր օրենք, որոնցից առանցքային են Ընտրական օրենսգիրքն ու «Կուսակցությունների մասին» օրենքը: «Մենք ակնկալում ենք Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի գործուն աջակցությունը նաեւ այս հիմնակա ն օրենքների նախագծերի կազմման աշխատանքներում»,-նշել է Գալուստ Սահակյանը:

ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի նախագահին տեղեկացրել է, որ իշխող քաղաքական ուժն արդեն պատրաստվում է Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավին, որի ընթացքում առաջարկվող նախագիծը հոդված առ հոդված կիրազեկվի հանրությանը:

Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ջանի Բուկիկիոն մեկ անգամ եւս փաստել է, որ առաջարկվող նախագիծն ամբողջությամբ համապատասխանում է ժողովրդավարության միջազգային չափորոշիչներին: «Այսօրվա նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված բազմաթիվ հարցերից հասանելին հենց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հարցն էր, քանի որ նիստի բոլոր մասնակիցները համոզված են, որ մենք լավ արդյունք ենք ստացել»,-նշել է Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի նախագահը:

Նա վստահեցրել է, որ հանձնաժողովը պատրաստ է աջակցելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը օրենսդրական հետագա աշխատանքներին, մասնավորապես Ընտրական եւ Դատական օրենսգրքերի, տեղական ինքնակառավարմանն ու կուսակցություններին վերաբերող օրենքների նախագծերի մշակման գործընթացներին:

Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի բյուրոյի անդամ Գագիկ Հարությունյանն էլ Գալուստ Սահակյանին իրազեկել է, որ նշված նախագծերի շուրջ աշխատանքներն իրականացվելու են նույն սկզբունքով, ինչպես Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների նախագծի դեպքում էր, այսինքն՝ Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովն այս դեպքում էլ ունենալու է մասնագիտական մասնակցություն:

Հանդիպման ավարտին Ջանի Բուկիկիոն նշել է. «Համոզված եմ, որ հայ ժողովուրդը խոհեմ կգտնվի եւ առաջարկվող նախագծին կողմ կքվեարկի»:
