Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն այցելել է Հայաստանի խուլերի միավորում, մասնակցել Խուլերի առցանց աջակցման կենտրոնի բացման արարողությանը: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, քաղաքապետարանի աջակցությամբ բացված կենտրոնը մայրաք աղաքի շուրջ 650 խուլերի հնարավորություն կտա տեսահաղորդակցման հնարավորությամբ սարքավորումների միջոցով, շուրջօրյա գործող ծառայության շնորհիվ, ժեստերի լեզվով հաղորդակցվել և ստանալ անհրաժեշտ օգնություն: Քաղաքապետին ներկայացնելով կենտրոնի հնարավորությունները՝ պատասխանատուները նշել են, որ կենտրոնը կահավորվել է համապատասխան տեխնիկական ու կապի միջոցներով և ծառայությունը հասանելի է նաև համացանցին միացված սմարթֆոններից ու համակարգիչներից:

Իր գոհունակությունը փոխանցելով քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին` Հայաստանի խուլերի միավորման նախագահ Գրիգոր Գրիգորյանը նշել է, որ Երևանում բնակվող շուրջ 650 խոսքի և լսողության խնդիրներ ունեցող մարդկանց նախկինում աջակցում էին կենտրոնի 5 թարգամանիչները, որոնք ամենուր ուղեկցում էին նրանց: Նա նկատել է, որ կենտրոնի գործարկումը մի քանի անգամ ընդլայնում և առավել արդյունավետ է դարձնում նման աջակցության հնարավորությունները:

Տարոն Մարգարյանն իր հերթին վստահեցրել է, որ քաղաքապետարանը շարունակելու է սահմանափակ կարողություններ ունեցող անձանց համար քաղաքն ավելի հարմարավետ ու մատչելի դարձնելուն ուղղված ծրագրերը և անելու է հնարավորը՝ նրանց հասարակության մեջ առավելագույն ինտեգրելու համար:

Այսուհետ կենտրոնում աշխատող 4 օպերատորները տեսահաղորդակցման միջոցով կկարողանան իրենց օգնությունն առաջարկել ավելի շատ թվով շահառուների, ինչը կօգնի սոցիալական խոցելի այս խմբին լինել հասարակության մեջ առավել ինտեգրված և զգալիորեն կթեթևացնի նրանց առօրյա շփման հետ կապված հոգսերը:
