ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտը պատրաստ է աջակցել վիետնամցի գործընկերներին

ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Կարեն Փոլադյանը հոկտեմբերի 23-ին ընդունել է Վիետնամի Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարար Հա Հունգ Կունգի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտից, Կարեն Փոլադյանը, ողջունելով հյուրերին, ներկայացրել է ՀՀ դատական համակարգի կառուցվածքը, առանձնահատկությունները և ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի գործունեության շրջանակները:

Վիետնամի Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարար Հա Հունգ Կունգը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար, ներկայացրել է իր ղեկավարած գերատեսչության գործունեության ոլորտները: Հյուրը մասնավորապես հետաքրքրվել է ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի դերով ու ֆունկցիաներով` որպես դատական համակարգի արդյունավետ գործունեությունն ապահովող գործադիր մարմին:

Հա Հունգ Կունգը նշել է, որ Վիետնամի Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետության դատական համակարգում դեռևս չունեն նման գործադիր մարմին ու հույս հայտնել, որ Հայաստանի փորձը ուսանելի կլինի իրենց համար, և կառուցվող գործընկերական հարաբերությունների շնորհիվ հնարավոր կդառնա Վիետնամի դատական համակարգում ևս կազմավորել նման գործառույթներով օժտված կառույց:

ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարը, ողջունելով Վիետնամի արդարադատության նախարարի ակտիվ գործընկերական հարաբերություններ նախաձեռնելու առաջարկը, իր պատրաստակամությունն է հայտնել հնարավոր բոլոր ձևաչափերում համագործակցել և աջակցել գործընկերներին:Կարեն Փոլադյանը վստահեցրել է, որ ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտն անհրաժեշտ գիտագործնական նյութեր և տեղեկատվություն կտրամադրի ինչպես ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի, այնպես էլ ընդհանրապես` Հայաստանի դատական համակարգի կառուցվածքի վերաբերյալ:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարը նաև պատասխանել է Վիետնամի արդարադատության նախարարին հետաքրքրող հարցերին, ներկայացրել ՀՀ-ում դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների` ինչպես նախորդ փուլերում իրականացված աշխատանքների արդյունքները, այնպես էլ ներկայումս իրականացվող դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների շարժը, ծրագրերը, մասնավորապես խոսել՝ դատական գործերի, արխիվի, փաստաթղթաշրջանառության թվայնացման, հաշտարար դատավորների ինստիտուտի մասին:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցեր ևս:Վիետնամի Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարար Հա Հունգ Կունգը շնորհավորել է հայաստանյան կողմին` նման արդյունավետ կենտրոնացված համակարգ ունենալու, գրանցած հաջողությունների կապակցությամբ և հույս հայտնել, որ մոտ ապագայում իրենց երկրում ևս դատական համակարգը կհասնի նման կատարելագործման:

Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Կարեն Փոլադյանն իր հերթին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Հա Հունգ Կունգին` այցի համար և հույս հայտնել, որ երկու երկրների դատական համակարգերի հետագա փոխգործակցության նախանշվող ուղիները հավասարապես օգտակար կլինեն երկու պետությունների համար:Հանդիպումն անցել է փոխըմբռնման և կառուցողական մթնոլորտում:
