«Արմեն Ճամբարը» վերադարձվել է հայկական հիմնադրամին

Ստամբուլի Թուզլա թաղամասում գտնվող և «Քամփ Արմեն» («Արմեն Ճամբար») անունով հայտնի հայկական որնաբոցը վերջնականապես վերադարձվել է Գեդիքփաշայի Հայ բողոքական եկեղեցու հիմնադրամին:

Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականը:

Հիմնադրամի փաստաբան Սեբու Ասլանգիլը հայտնել է, որ փաստաթղթային ամբողջ գործընթացն ավարտվել է:

Գեդիքփաշայի հայկական որբանոցին կից «Քամփ Արմեն » ամառային որբանոցը կառուցվել է հայ որբերի աշխատանքով: Ճամբարում բնակվող երեխաները մասնակցել են շինարարական աշխատանքներին: Նրանք ավազ են կրել ծովից, որով էլ կառուցվել է ճամբարը: «Քամփ Արմեն» որբանոցը թուրքական պետության որոշումով փակվել է 1983 թվականին: Իշխանությունները երբեք թույլ չեն տվել որբանոցի վերանորոգում, ինչի պատճառով այն գտնվում է անմխիթար վիճակում: Թուրքիայում 2011թվականին օրենք է ընդունվել ազգային փոքրամասնություններին պատկանող հիմնադրամների` 79 տարի բռնագրավվ ած անշարժ գույքը վերադաձնելու մասին, սակայն, Գեդիքփաշայի հայկական որբանոցին կից այդ ամառային ճամբար-մանկատունը չի ընդգրկվել օրենքով վերադարձման ենթակագույքի ցուցակում: 5.552 հազար քմ տարածք ունեցող որբանոցը 1961 թվականին գնել է Հայ բողոքական եկեղեցու հիմնադրամը: Մանկատան հողատարածքի սեփականատեր Սեիթ Դուրմազի երեխաներից մեկը հետագայում կարողացել է որբանոցից 600 քմ տարածք գնել: 1974 թվականին այդ տարածքը գնած կապալառուի կողմից բացված դատական գործընթացի արդյունքում նա կարողացել է զարտուղի ճանապարհով ճամբարի տարածքը կցել իր կողմից գնված 600 քմ-ին: 1977 թվականին փոքրամասնությունների հիմնադրամների մասին ընդունված նոր օրենքով հայ որբերի ճամբարը բռնագրավվել է:

Ստամբուլում մայիսի 6-ին բուլդոզերները և հատուկ մեքենաները սկսել էին քանդել հայ որբերի «Քամփ Արմեն» ամառային որբանոցը: Դրա դեմն առնելու նպատակով Թուրքիայում գործունեություն ծավալող մի շարք կազմակերպություններ և պարզապես անհատներ շտապել են այնտեղ` կասեցնելու որբանոցի շենքի կործանումը: Ներկայում որբանոցի շենքի քանդումը մասամբ դադարեցված է: Շինության վրա տարբեր պաստառներ են փակցված և գրություններ են արված: «Քամփ Արմեն»-ի տարածքում մշտական մարդկային հերթապահություն է: Չնայած դրան՝ երկու անգամ անհայտ անձինք փորձ էին արել հարձակվել որբանոցի տարածքում հերթապահողների վրա:
