Պատմության մեջ մնաց որպես ամենահնարամիտ գանգստերներից մեկը: Շնորհիվ ԱՄՆ իրավապահ կառույցներում ծառայելու ընթացքում ձեռք բերած իր փորձի՝ նրան հաջողվել է տասնյակ անգամներ փախչել ոստիկանությունից: Նա ղեկավարել է «Ձմեռային բարձունք» խմբավորումը 1970-1980-ականներին:
