Հայաստանն աշխարհում ամենաբարենպաստ երկրներից է նոր բիզնես սկսելու համար: Այս մասին է վկայում Համաշխարհային բանկի հրապարակած «Doing Business 2016. Կանոնակարգիչ դաշտի որակի և նպատակային արդյունավետության գնահատում» զեկույցը, համաձայն որի՝ Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ բարենպաստ երկիր բիզնես սկսելու համար` 189 երկրներից զբաղեցնելով 5-րդ հորիզոնականը: Նախորդ տարվա համեմատ, սակայն, ցուցանիշը նահանջել է 2 հորիզոնականով: Այս ուղղությամբ Հայաստանից առաջ են միայն Նոր Զելանդիան, Մակեդոնիան, Կանադան և Հոնգ Կոնգը:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, «Doing Business 2016. Կանոնակարգիչ դաշտի որակի և նպատակային արդյունավետության գնահատում» զեկույցում Հայաստանը 189 երկրների շարքում զբաղեցրել է 35-րդ հորիզոնականը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նոր զեկույցում Հայաստանն առաջընթաց է գրանցել շինարարական թույլտվությունների հետ կապված գործընթացում: Մասնավորապես, ցածր ռիսկեր ունեցող նախագծերի համար չեն կիրառվում անկախ փորձագետի կողմից ճարտարապետական ​​նախագծի հաստատման և շինարարության նկատմամբ տեխնիկական վերահսկողության պահանջները:

Հայաստանն առաջընթաց է արձանագրել նաև պայմանագրերի կիրարկման ուղղությամբ. ընդունված նոր օրենքով դատավորների նշանակումը կատարվում է պատահականության սկզբունքով ու ամբողջովին ավտոմատացված համակարգի միջոցով, դյուրացվել է պայմանագրերի կիրարկման հարցը երկրի բոլոր դատարաններում:

ՀԲ Երևանի գրասենյակի հաղորդագրության համաձայն` տարածաշրջանի 25 երկրներից 23-ում արձանագրվել է 58 բարեփոխում:Նախորդ տարվա զեկույցի արդյունքների համեմատ Հայաստանն այս տարի իր ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշից 2 միավորով առաջացելէ: Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն անդամակցելու հետ մեկտեղ երկիրը կրճատել է Ռուսաստանյան Դաշնության հետառևտրի հետ կապված փաստաթղթային ու սահմանայինն ընթացակարգերի ժամանակն ու ծախսերը: Հայաստանը աշխարհում 26այլ տնտեսությունների շարքում այն երկրներից է, որը իրականացրել է երեք կամ ավելի բարեփոխումներ, այդպես են վարվելաշխարհի տնտեսությունների մի այն 14 տոկոսը:
