ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից զինադադարը խախտողին բացահայտելու անհնարինության մասին հայտարարությունները խրախուսում են խախտողի կողմից նոր սադրանքների իրականացնումը: 

Անդրադառնալով ՄԽ համանախագահների հոկտեմբերի 29-ի հայտարարությանը՝ այդ մասին թվիթերյան իր էջում նշել է ՀՀ փոխարտգործնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանը: 

«Միջնորդների կողմից զինադադարի խախտողին բացայատելու անհնարինության մասին հայտարարությունները խրախուսում են խախտողի կողմից նոր սադրանքների իրականացումը,- գրել է փոխնախարարը:

Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները կրկին հավասարության նշան դնող հայտարարություն են տարածել, որում մասնավորապես նշված է. «Մենք նախագահների հետ հանդիպումներում նշել ենք շփման գծում և հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին բռնության վտանգների մասին: Ծանր զինատեսակների` ականանետների ու հրթիռահրետանային կայանքի կիրառումն անընդունելի է և մեծ վտանգ է ներկայացնում քաղաքացիական բնակչության համար:

Մենք խորապես ցավում ենք անմեղ քաղաքացիների շրջանում գրանցված դեպքերի ու մարդկային կորուստների առնչությամբ և ակնկալում ենք, որ կողմերը բոլոր քայլերը ձեռնարկեն բռնությունից խուսափելու համար: Մենք բարձրացրել ենք առաջարկներ՝ ուղղված անվտանգության կայունության ապահովմանը և բանակցությունների համար ավելի կառուցողական մթնոլորտի ստեղծմանը»: Նրանք հայտնել են, որ Բաքվում հանդիպել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ադրբեջանական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ և հավելել, որ աջակցում են բոլոր այն նախաձեռնություններին, որոնք նպատակ ունեն միավորել հայերին ու ադրբեջանցիներին: Համանախագահները տեղեկացրել են նաև, որ Երևանում հանդիպել են Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչներին՝ քննարկելու անհայտ կորած անձանց մասին տվյալների փոխանակման հարցը:

Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ շփման գիծը հատելու ժամանակ «համանախագահների ուղղությամբ անորոշ կողմից կրակոցներ են արձակվել՝ ստիպելով նրանց պաշտպանական միջոցներ կրել»: «Այս միջադեպը հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում առաջընթացը կանխելու փորձ է: Սա ընդգծում է հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման դեպքերը ԵԱՀԿ կողմից ուսումնասիրելու անհրաժեշտությունը»,- ասվում է հայտարարության եզրափակիչ հատվածում:
