Ֆիտնեսով և առողջ ապրելակերպով հետաքրքրված ավստրալուհի Սոֆի Գուիդոլինը ցնցեց համացանցի օգտատերերին, երբ ցույց տվեց, թե ինչպես է փոխել կազմվածքը` ծննդաբերությունից հետո։

Զույգ փոքրիկների լույս աշխարհ գալուց 8 շաբաթ անց երիտասարդ մայրիկն արդեն կարող էր հպարտանալ իր սլացիկ մարմնով և հարթ որովայնով։

Սա այն 4 երեխայի մայրն է, ով մինչ հղիության վերջին օրը զբաղվում էր սպորտով և ապշեցնում կատարած հնարքներով։ Չնայած այդ ամենը երիտասարդ մայրիկին հեշտությամբ չի տրվել։ Նրա մոտ կեսարյան հատումից հետո բարդացումներ էին առաջ եկել և ծննդաբերությունից հետո ևս մեկ անգամ ստիպված էր եղել պառկել վիրահատական սեղանին։

Բայց նույնիսկ այդ ամենը Սոֆիի չխանգարեցին հղիության ընթացքում հավաքած ավել 17 կիլոգրամը, մասնագետների հսկողության ներքո անցկացվող ինտենսիվ մարզումների շնորհիվ ոչնչացնել 8 շաբաթվա ընթացքում։
