Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանում քրդերը մոտ 6 տասնյակ մարդ կունենան. Գ.Պետրոսյան

Նոյեմբերի 1-ին Թուրքիայում կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքները Թուրքիայի և Մերձավորարևելյան տարածաշրջանային հարցերով վերլուծաբաններին հիմնականում զարմացրել են:

Վերլուծաբանների մի մասը փորձում է վերանայել սեփական դիրքորոշումը, մյուսներն էլ նոր կանխատեսումներ են անում առաջիկայում Թուրքիայի ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտրի մասին: Թուրքագետ Գևորգ Պետրոսյանը Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ արդեն հիմնավորվում է այն վարկածը, որ Թուրքիայում միակուսակցական կառավարման համակարգ է ձևավորելու, որը հնարավորություն կտա հանգիստ պայմաններում իրականացնել նախկին ծրագրերը:

«Ընտրությունների արդյունքներն ավելի համարձակ կդարձնեն իշխող կուսակցությանը: Հիմա արդեն Էրդողանն ավելի ազատ գործելու հնարավորություն է ստացել: Այնպես որ, ժամանակ է հարկավոր հասկանալու, թե Էրդողանը և նրա գաղափարակիցները քրդական քաղաքականության տեսանկյունից ինչ մարտավարություն կընտրեն»,- ասում է Գ.Պետրոսյանը:

Թուրքագետը, խոսելով Էրդողանի կողմից քրդերի միջև պառակտում մտցնելու շնորհիվ մեկ 1 մլն քվե ավել ստանալու մասին, նշեց, որ Թուրքիայում բնակվող քրդերը միշտ էլ պառակտված են եղել, պարզապես հունիսյան ընտրությունների ժամանակ հնարավոր եղավ այն մեղմել, որի արդյունքում էլ «Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատիա» կուսակցությունն առաջին անգամ կարողացավ այդքան շատ ձայն հավաքել:

«Բացի այդ, պետք չէ մոռանալ, որ վերջին քարոզարշավն ընթացել է քրդական համայնքներին ճնշումների ենթարկելու, նրանց այդ մթնոլորտի ազդեցության տակ պահելու և ամեն կերպ նորմալ քարոզարշավ անցկացնելու քրդերի իրավունքը ոտնահարելու պայմաններում, և դա էր պատճառը, որ կարողացան նման արդյունք արձանագրել»,- ասում է թուրքագետը: Ներկայիս ընտրությունների արդյունքներով քրդերը Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանում ընդամենը իրենց ներկայության խնդիրն են կարողացել լուծել, որը նույնպես քիչ ձեռքբերում չէ:

«Քրդերի ստացած մանդատների թիվը կարելի է անհաջողություն համարել, եթե այն համեմատելու լինենք նախորդ ընտրությունների ընթացքում նրանց ստացած պատգամավորական մանդատների հետ, բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ այս հնարավորությունը նույնպես պետք է հաջողություն համարել քրդերի համար, որովհետև նրանք Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանում մոտ 6 տասնյակ պատգամավոր կունենան, ինչը վատ ցուցանիշ չէ»,- ասում է Գ.Պետրոսյանը:
