ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունում նոյեմբերի 3-ին տեղի է ունեցել է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանի հանդիպումը Համաշխարհային բանկի խմբի Սոցիալական, քաղաքային, գյուղական և կայունության գլոբալ միավորի (Global Practice) Քաղաքային և աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման գծով Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանի ղեկավար Դեյվիդ Սիսլենի և «Տեղական տնտեսության և ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման» (ՏՏԵԶ) ծրագրի առաքելության հետ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էկոնամիկայի նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, պատվիրակության կազմում էին ՏՏԵԶ Ծրագրի ղեկավար Ահմեդ Էյվեյդան, ենթակառուցվածքների ավագ մասնագետ Զարուհի Թոխմախյանը, հետազոտությունների վերլուծաբաններ Տինատին Լեբանիձեն և Նորա Միրզոյանը: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը, նախարարության աշխատակազմի տնտեսական զարգացման քաղաքականության վարչության պետ Արտակ Բաղդասարյանը, Տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Աշոտ Կիրակոսյանը:

Հանդիպման սկզբում ՏՏԵԶ ծրագրի ղեկավար Ահմեդ Էյվեյդան Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանին ներկայացրել է Դեյվիդ Սիսլենին, ով իր հերթին ընդհանուր տեղեկություններ է հաղորդել իր ղեկավարման ներքո ոլորտների ու աշխատանքների մասին: Կողմերը երկուստեք հույս են հայտնել, որ հետագայում Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցության և ծրագրերի շուրջ առավել հանգամանալից քննարկումների հնարավորություն կունենան: 

Ծրագրի գնահատման առաքելության թիմի հետ մասնավորապես քննարկվել են «Տեղական տնտեսության և ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման» ծրագրի հետ կապված ներկա գործընթացները: Նախարարը գոհունակություն է արտահայտել առ այն, որ ծրագրում արտացոլված ուղղությունների և աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ համատեղ պայմանավորվածությունները առավելագույնս հաշվի են առնվել Բանկի կողմից, և ծրագրի գնահատման փաստաթղթի նախագիծը ներդաշնակ է զբոսաշրջության և տեղական տնտեսության զարգացման ուղղությամբ որդեգրված ազգային քաղաքականության առաջնահերթություններին:

Քննարկվել են նաև առաջիկայում ծրագրի բանակցությունների ընթացքի և հետբանակցային փուլի աշխատանքների հետ կապված մանրամասներ: Նախարարը հույս է հայտել, որ համատեղ ջանքերով անհրաժեշտ աշխատանքների և գործընթացների արդյունավետ իրականացման արդյունքում ծրագիրը կմեկնարկի ըստ նախատեսվածի` 2016 թվականին:
