Սրտի վիրահատության ծրագրի բյուջետային հատկացումներն ավելացել են 419.7 միլիոն դրամով

ՀՀ 2016 թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծով նախատեսվում է 419.7 միլիոն դրամով  ավելացնել «Սրտի վիրահատությունների ծառայության» ծրագրի համար հատկացվող միջոցները:

Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2016 թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկմանը հայտնեց ՀՀ առողջապահությաննախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը:

«2016 թ. նախատեսվում է փոխել բյուջեի հիվանդանոցային ծառայությունների ծրագրային կառուցվածքը: Բյուջեի հաստատված չափաքանակների շրջանակներում առաջարկվում է ներդնել սրտի վիրահատությունների ծառայությունների նոր ծրագիր, որտեղ կհամախմբվեն հիվանդանոցային 5 ծրագրում իրականացվող սրտի վիրահատությունները: Համախմբվող ծրագրերն են սրտի անհետաձգելի վիրահատությունները, սոցիալապես անապահով և հատուկ խմբերում ընդգրկված բժշկական օգնության ծառայություններ, զինծառայողների, ինչպես նաև փրկարար ծառայողների և նրանց ընտանիքների օգնության բժշկական ծառայություններ, պետական հիմնարկների և կազմակերպությունների աշխատողների բժշական օգնության ծառայություններ, երեխաների բժշկական օգնության ծառայություններ սրտի վիրահատության մասով»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց նախարարը:

Նախարարը հստակեցրեց, որ առաջարկվող համախմբումը պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ 2015թ. հունվարի 1-ից սրտի անհետաձգելի վիրահատությունների ծրագիրը գործել է հաջողությամբ, հնարավոր է եղել ապահովել հատկացված միջոցների ծախսման արդյունավետությունը: «Այդ նպատակով նոր համախմբումը հնարավորություն կընձեռի սրտի բոլոր վիրահատությունները կենտրոնացնել մեկ ծրագրում, սահմանել շահառուների հստակ ցանկ, ծառայությունների փոխհատուցումն իրականացնել նույն գնով, և վերջապես կընդլայնվեն վերահսկողության հնարավորությունները: Ծրագրի համախմբման արդյունքում 201 6 թ. բյուջետային հայտում առաջարկվող սրտի վիրահատությունների ծառայությունների ծրագրի գումարը կկազմի 3.1 միլիարդ դրամ, որը 419.7 միլիոն դրամով ավելի է 2015թ. այդ նպատակով 5 ծրագրի համար հատկացված միջոցներից»,- ընդգծեց Արմեն Մուրադյանը:

Առողջապահության նախարարը նաև հայտնեց, որ հոգեկան և նարկոլոգիական բժշկական ծառայությունների ծրագրի համար հատկացվող միջոցներն ավելացել են 273.7 միլիոն դրամով, երեխաների բժշկական օգնության ծառայությունների ծրագրին՝ 122.3 միլիոն դրամով:
