Նախաձեռնելով շփման գծում բռնությունների աճի վերաբերյալ զեկույցի պատրաստումը՝ Ադրբեջանը նպատակ է հետապնդում խաթարել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների խաղաղարար նախաձեռնությունները, մասնավորապես, արդարացնել հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների հետաքննության մեխանիզմների կիրառման առաջարկությունների մերժումն իր կողմից։

«Արցախպրես» գործակալությանը տված մեկնաբանությունում նման կարծիք է հայտնել ԼՂՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Անի Սարգսյանը` անդրադառնալով ԵԽԽՎ քաղաքական հարցերով և ժողովրդավարության հանձնաժողովի կողմից ԵԽԽՎ ձմեռային նստաշրջանում «Բռնության աճը ԼեռնայինՂարաբաղում և Ադրբեջանի այլ գրավյալ տարածքներում» Ռոբերտ Ուոլթերի զեկույցի հիման վրա կազմված բանաձևի նախագծի քննարկմանը հավանություն տալու հանգամանքին։

«Ցավալի է, որ Ռոբերտ Ուոլթերի միակողմանի և կանխակալ զեկույցի հիման վրա պատրաստած բանաձևի նախագիծը հավանության է արժանացել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի քաղաքական հարցերի և ժողովրդավարության հանձնաժողովի կողմից։ Մենք անընդունելի ենք համարում ԵԽԽՎ-ի զեկուցողի մոտեցումը, ով որպես հիմք է ընդունել հակամարտության միայն մեկ կողմի դիրքորոշումը և իրավիճակի անաչառ ու չեզոք գնահատականի փոխարեն զեկույցում ներկայացրել է ադրբեջանական քարոզչական թեզերը։

Մենք բազմիցս նշել ենք, որ Ադրբեջանի փորձերը՝ ռազմաքաղաքական հարցերը մտցնել ԵԽԽՎ-ի օրակարգ, որը նման խնդիրների կարգավորման համար չի տիրապետում ո՛չ համապատասխան գործիքների, և ո՛չ փորձի, իրենց բնույթով պոպուլիստական և հակաարդյունավետ են։

Կասկածի տակ չառնելով ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում իրավիճակի սրման կանխարգելման հարցում ԵԽԽՎ անկեղծ շահագրգռվածությունը՝ կարծում ենք, որ առավել արդյունավետ և կառուցողական ներդրումը կլիներ ԵԽԽՎ միացումը միջազգային հանրության շրջանում ձևավորված կոնսենսուսին՝ սատարելու շփման գծում կայունության և կանխատեսելիության ապահովմանն ուղղված ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին»,- ասել է ԼՂՀ արտաքին գերատեսչության ներկայացուցիչը։
