Մոսկվայի Դորոգոմիլովսկի դատարանը 5,5-6 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման դատապարտեց անցած տարվա ամռանը Մոսկվայի մետրոյում տեղի ունեցած վթարի գործով չորս մեղադրյալների:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է Ինտերֆաքսը, այս մասին հայտնի է դարձել Անտոն Տոլստոյի հրապարակած դատավճռում:

Մեղադրյալների աթոռին հայտնվել էին Մոսկվայի մետրոյի գծային հաղորդակցության մասնագետ Յուրի Գորդովը, «Սպեցտեխրեկոնստրուկցիա» ՓԲԸ ղեկավարի տեղակալ Անատոլի Կրուգլովը, Մոսկվայի մետրոպոլիտենի կապիտալ վերանորոգման բաժնի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Ալեքսեյ Տրոֆիմովը և Մոսկվայի մետրոպոլիտենի կապիտալ վերանորոգման բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետ  Վալերի Բաշկատովը:

Հուլիսի 15-ի առավոտյան Մոսկվայի մետրոյի «Սլավյանսկի բուլվար» կայարանի մոտ Արբատ-Պոկրովյան գծում շարժակազմի կտրուկ արգելակման պատճառով ռելսերից դուրս էին ընկել շարժակազմի երեք վագոններ: Հետաքննության ընթացքում վեր նշված անձիք մեղադրվել էին, որ վերանորոգման աշխատանքների արդյունքում չեն պահպանել անվտանգության կանոնները, ինչի հետևանքով գնացքը դուրս էր եկել իր նախնական ուղուց և հայտնվել չաշխատող կառուցվող ուղեգծի վրա, որի հետևանքով մահացել էին 24 մարդ:
