Հայաստանը ֆինանսական կայունության ցուցանիշը 95 տոկոսով համապատասխանում է միջազգային չափանիշներին: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում հայտարարեց ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանը:

«2007թ. Համաշխարհային բանկի և AMF-ի կողմից իրականացվող ֆինանսական կայունության գնահատման ծրագրով մեր երկրի ֆինանսական կայունությունը, մեր աշխատանքը գնահատվել է 95 տոկոս համապատասխան միջազգային չափանիշներին: Մենք այս հարցում առաջընթաց ունենք: Դրան նախորդող գնահատման ժամանակ մենք միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխանում էինք 65 տոկոսով»,- ընդգծեց Ջավադյանը:

Անդրադառնալով առևտրային բանկերի գործունեությանը՝ Ջավադյանն ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանում բավականին խորացել է ֆինանսական միջնորդությունը: «Մենք ունենք 1 միլիոնից ավել ավանդատու, առևտրային բանկերում ունենք 1 միլիոն 700 հազար հաշիվ: Հայաստանում ավանդները վերջին 7 տարվա ընթացքում  աճել են 327 տոկոսով: Ֆիզիկական անձանց ավանդները կազմում են 1 տրիլիոն 100 միլիարդ դրամ, իսկ ընդհանուր ավանդները՝ 1 տրիլիոն 700 միլիարդ դրամ: Սա բավականին լուրջ թիվ է: Եթե համեմատենք 2007թ. վերջին և 2008թ. սկզբին ընդհանուր ավանդները կազմել են 398 միլիարդ դրամ: Այդ ավանդների մեծ մասը փոքր ավանդներ են: Մենք հիմա երաշխավորում ենք մինչև 10 միլիոն դրամ ավանդները, իսկ ներկայումս մեր առևտրային բանկերում առկա ավանդների 97 տոկոսը ընկնում են դրա տակ: Ես ցանկանում եմ ասել, որ ֆինանսական միջնորդությունը բավականին խորացել է: Տոկոսադրույքները, իհարկե, դեռ այն մակարդայի վրա չեն, որ մենք կցանկանայինք ունենալ»,- ասաց ԿԲ  նախագահը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Ջավադյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանում բավականին ցածր են բիզնես վարկավորման տոկոսադրույքները: «Օրինակ, 7 տարվա ընթացքում վարկերը մեր տնտեսությունում ավելացել են 787 տոկոսով: Սա էլ պատկերավոր թիվ է բավականին»,- հավելեց նա:

ԿԲ նախագահն անդրադարձավ նաև իր աշխատավարձին: Նա հիշեցրեց, որ ժամանակին ԱԺ-ն օրենք է ընդունել, ըստ որի ԿԲ աշխատավարձերը չպետք է առևտրային բանկերի աշխատավարձերի մակարդակից պակաս լինեն: «Իմ աշխատավարձը մոտ 7-8 անգամ ավելի պակաս է, քան բանկի ղեկավար անձնակազմի աշխատավարձը: Նույնը վերաբերում է նաև իմ տեղակալի աշխատավարձին: Մենք հիմա բանկային համակարգի միջին աշխատավարձից գրեթե 30 տոկոս պակաս աշխատավարձ ենք ստանում: Ասեմ ավելին, վերջին 7 տարվա ընթացքում Կենտրոնական բանկում աշխատավարձ չի բարձրացել: Չենք բարձրացրել նաև գործուղման և ներկայաց ուցչական ծախսերը»,- եզրափակեց Ջավադյանը:
