ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանը համաձայն չէ պնդման  հետ, թե Հայաստանում փոքր և միջին շատ  ձեռնարկություններ փակվում են հարկային ճնշումների հետևանքով: Ազգային ժողովում «Հարկերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու օրենսդրակ ան նախաձեռնության քննարկման ժամանակ, անդրադառնալով ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի հարցադրումներին, Միրումյանն ընդգծեց, որ կառավարությունը  փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների հարկային բեռը բավականին թեթևացրել է: «Մենք մի քանի անգամ նման նախաձեռնություններ ենք քննարկել և ընդունել Ազգային ժողովում, մասնավորապես, առևտրային հարաբերությունների մասով: Իսկ վարչարարության մասով ստուգումներ փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրությունների մասով չեն իրականացվում և հարկային մարմնի հսկողական գործիքները սահմանափակված են միայն « հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենաների կտրոններ տրամադրում են, թե չէ, աշխատողը ձևակերպված է, թե ոչ» խնդիրների շրջանակով»,-  նշեց Միրումյանը:

Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը փոխնախարարին խնդրեց իրեն ներկայացնել վիճակագրություն, թե վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանում քանի փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություն է փակվել: Միրումյանը նշեց, որ այս պահին հստակ տվյալներ իր մոտ չկան և չի կարող ներկայացնել, քանի որ նման հարցադրում չէր կանխատեսել՝ խոստանալով մոտակա օրերին ներկայացնել հստակ տեղեկատվություն: «Բայց ես ցանկանում եմ նշել, որ մենք պետք է նայենք ոչ թե նրան, թե քանի ձեռնարկություն է փակվել, այլ դրանց փակվելուն զուգահեռ քանիսն են բացվել: Այսինքն, մենք պետք է համադրության մեջ նայենք: Միայն փակվո ղ ձեռնարկություններին նայելով չենք կարող ասել, թե Հայաստանում համատարած փակվում են փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունները: Հարկավոր է համադրել` հասկանալու, թե քանիսն են փակվել այդ ընթացքում քանիսն են բացվել: Եթե համադրության արդյունքում տարբերությունը բացասական կլինի, նոր կարող ենք ասել, որ որոշ ձեռնարկություններ իսկապես դադարեցրել են իրենց գործունեությունը»,-ընդգծեց Միրումյանը:

Փոխնախարարը մանրամասնեց, որ շատ են դեպքերը, երբ տնտեսավարողները փակում են իրենց ձեռնարկությունները և բացում են նորերը՝ այլ գործունեություն իրականացնելու համար: Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը փոխնախարարին ևս մեկ անգամ խնդրեց իրեն տրամադրել տեղեկություն, թե վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում քանի ՓՄՁ է փակվել և քանիսն են բացվել՝ իրավիճակը հասկանալու համար, ինչին Վախթանգ Միրումյանը դրական արձագանքեց՝ խոստանալով մոտակա օրերին ներկայացնել այդ տեղեկատվությունը:
