Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեին, Հայ-ֆրանսիական առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատի նախագահ Ստեփան Բարաքյանին և ՀՀ-ում գործունեություն ծավալող ֆրանսիական մի շարք ձեռնարկությունների ղեկավարների:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև քաղաքական, տնտեսական, հումանիտար ոլորտներում համագործակցությունը և նշել, որ այն գտնվում է ամուր հիմքերի վրա: Կառավարության ղեկավարը կարևորել է երկու երկրների տնտեսական կապերի հետագա զարգացումն ու ընդլայնումը և նշել, որ դրա համար առկա է մեծ ներուժ: Այդ համատեքստում վարչապետն անհրաժեշտ է համարել Հայ-ֆրանսիական առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատի գործունեության ակտիվացումը և ավելացրել, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը պատրաստ է օժանդակել երկու երկրների գործարար կապերի սերտացմանն ու ներդրումային ծրագրերի կյանքի կոչմանը:

Դեսպան Շարպանտիեն կարևոր է համարել հայ-ֆրանսիական առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացումը և այդ համատեքստում նշել, որ  մշտական կապի մեջ է ՀՀ-ում գործունեություն իրականացնող ֆրանսիական ընկերությունների հետ, համապատասխան քայլեր են իրականացվում նաև ֆրանսիական նոր ձեռնարկություններ հայաստանյան շուկա ներգրավելու ուղղությամբ: Մասնավորապես, Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեին տեղեկացրել է, որ ֆրանսիական մի խումբ ընկերություններ հետաքրքրված են ՀՀ-ում ենթակառուցվածքների, քաղաքաշինության և առողջապահության բնագավառներում ներդրո ւմային ծրագրերի իրականացմամբ: Դրանք կյանքի կոչելու համար անցկացվում են բանակցություններ և քննարկումներ: Դեսպանը տեղեկացրել է նաև, որ այժմ աշխատանքներ են տարվում հաջորդ տարվա սկզբին հայ-ֆրանսիական գործարար համաժողովի կազմակերպման նպատակով, ինչը նոր թափ կհաղորդի տնտեսական կապերի խորացմանն ու ընդլայնմանը:

Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել դեսպանին ակտիվ համագործակցության համար և համոզմունք հայտնել, որ երկկողմ սերտ փոխգործակցությունը կտա իր արդյունքը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են երկու երկրների կառավարությունների միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման ընթացքին, ՀՀ-ում ֆրանսիական ընկերությունների գործունեությանն ու առաջիկա ծրագրերին առնչվող այլ հարցեր:
