Արդարադատության նախարարության և փաստաբանների պալատի միջև հուշագիր կստորագրվի

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության փաստաբանների պալատում հյուրընկալվել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին փաստաբանների պալատից, արդարադատության նախարարը նշել է, որ երկու կառույցների միջև համագործակցությունը խորացնելու նպատակով առաջիկայում նոր հուշագիր կստորագվի, որի արդյունքում առկա փոխգործակցությունը կմտնի որակապես նոր փուլ: Նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ փաստաբանական համայնքը Հայաստանի ամենակայացած մասնագիտական կառույցներից մեկն է:

«Փաստաբանների պալատն այսօր հայտ է ներկայացում լրջագույն դերակատարում ստանձնելու ՀՀ-ում մարդու իրավունքների և հիմնարար ազատությունների պաշտպանության երաշխավորման գործում»,- ասել է արդարադատության նախարարը:

Փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանը ողջունել է նախարարին և կարևորել երկկողմ համագործակցությունը և հայտնել, որ Արդարադատության նախարարության հետ համագործակցությունը սկսվել է դեռևս 2005-ից: Նրա խոսքով`փաստաբանության մասին օրենքը լայն հնարավորություն է տալիս փաստաբաններին զարգացնելու այս ինստիտուտը:

«Տարածաշրջանում լավագույն տեղում ենք գտնվում: Վերջերս էլ առիթ ունեցանք հանդիպել ԱՊՀ երկրների Փաստաբանական համայնքների ներկայացուցիչների հետ և պետք է փաստել, որ այդ երկրների Փաստաբանական համայնքները կառուցվածքային առումով մեր երկրի Փաստաբանական ինստիտուտից վերցնելու շատ բան ունեն: Մասնավորապես, այդ երկրներում չկան Փաստաբանական դպրոցներ, Հանրային պաշտպանի գրասենյակներ»,-նշել է Արա Զոհրաբյանը: Խոսելով փաստաբանի անկախության մասին՝ Արա Զոհրաբյանը հայտնել է Փաստաբանների պալատի զարգացման մեջ շատ կարևոր դեր ունի փաստաբանը՝ Փաստաբանների պալատի շենքը, Փաստաբանների պալատի կառավարման մարմինները որևէ բան չեն կարող անել, եթե դրսում «կռիվ տվող» փաստաբանը ինքը չկարողանա անկախ լինել և չկարողանա բարձրացնել փաստաբանի հեղինակությունը:

Այդ իսկ պատճառով ՓՊ ղեկավարի գնահատմամբ, բոլոր դրական զարգացումները «մեր փաստաբանների ձեռքբերումներն են»: Պալատի նախագահի խոսքով` Արդարադատության նախարարությունը ներկայացված է թե՜ Փաստաբանների պալատի որակավորման հանձնաժողովի կազմում, թե՜ Փաստաբանական դպրոցի կառավարման խորհրդում: Արա Զոհրաբյանը հայտնել է, որ նախարարություն հետ նախկինում եղել են կնճռոտ էջեր, բայց դրանք պատվով հաղթահարել ենք և երկու կառույցները շարունակում են զարգացնել համագործակցությունը: Այնուհետև հյուրերը շրջայց են կատարել Հանրային պաշտպանի գրասենյակում ծանոթացել հանրային պաշտպանների աշխատանքային գրաֆիկին և աշխատանքային պայմաններին: ՀՀ Փաստաբանական դպրոցում Արդարադատության նախարարը մասնակցել է Դատական նիստերի դահլիճի բացման արարողությանը և ներկա գտնվել Դպրոցի ունկնդիրների կողմից կազմակերպված դատախաղին: Նախարարը կարևորել է դատական նիստերի դահլիճի բացումն ու ընդգծել, որ դր ա արդյունքում Փաստաբանական դպրոցի ունկնդիրն ուսուցման ընթացքում հնարավորություն կստանա ամբողջությամբ տիրապետելու դատական գործընթացի նրբություններին: Դատական նիստերի դահլիճի կահավորումն իրականացվել է ֆրանսահայ բարերար Ռայմոնդ Եզեգուելյանի ֆինանսավորմամբ։
