Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց զբաղվածության խթանման նպատակով կանցկացվի «Խտրականությունը ՉԻ՛ աշխատում» քարոզարշավը

Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց զբաղվածության խթանման նպատակով ընթացիկ տարվա նոյեմբեր - դեկտեմբեր ամիսներին «Սեյվ դը չիլդրեն» միջազգային կազմակերպությունն իր գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների հետ  անցկացնելու է «Խտրականությունը ՉԻ՛ աշխատում» խորագրով քարոզարշավը: 

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին «Սեյվ դը չիլդրեն» միջազգայ ին կազմակերպության մամուլի ծառայությունից: 

Քարոզարշավի նպատակն է հասարակության լայն շրջանակներին և մասնավորապես գործատուներին ներկայացնել  ինչպես հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց աշխատանքային և ստեղծագործական ներուժը, աջակցման պետական ծրագրերը, որոնցից կարող են օգտվել գործատուները հաշմանդամներին աշխատանքով ապահովելու դեպքում, այնպես էլ` «Զբաղվածության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում տեղ գտած հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց զբաղվածության քվոտայի պանաջները: Քարոզարշավն իրականացվում է ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության կողմից ֆինանսավորվող «Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց կենսամակարդակի բարելավում զբաղվածության խթանման միջոցով» (Livelihood Improvement through Fostered Employment – LIFE) ծրագրի շրջանակներում: 

Քարոզարշավն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ողջ տարածքում և միավորում է ավելի քան 30 կազմակերպություններ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց աշխատանքային իրավունքները ջատագովելու համար: 

Քարոզարշավի ընթացքում կիրականացվեն հանրային իրազեկման միջոցառումներ ԶԼՄ-ների ակտիվ ներգրավմամբ, կլոր-սեղան քննարկումներ, դասընթացներ, աշխատանքի տոնավաճառներ, ցուցահանդեսներ, մամուլի ասուլիսներ, Ֆլեշ մոբեր և այլն: 

Հայաստանում պաշտոնապես գրանցված է հաշմանդամություն ունեցող  195 հազար 925 անձ: 

Նրանցից շատերը` մասնավորապես մտավոր խնդիրներ ունեցողները, ստիպված են դիմակայել հասարակության կողմից հաշմանդամության թյուր ընկալմանը, կանոնակարգերի ոչ պատշաճ կիրառմանն ու աշխատավայրում առկա խտրականությանն առնչվող խնդիրներին: Ավելին, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար հաճախ մատչելի չէ իրենց իրավունքների մասին համապատասխան տեղեկատվությունը: 

Մինչ օրս`  «LIFE»  ծրագրի (2012-2016) շրջանակներում հաշմանդամություն ունեցող 543 անձ ապահովվել է մշտական աշխատանքով, 90 միջին մասնագիտական կրթական հաստատությունում պայմաններ են ստեղծվել ներառական կրթության համար, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող 930 երիտասարդ ստացել է մասնագիտական կրթություն, ստեղծվել է 19 սոցիալական ձեռնարկություն: 

«LIFE»  ծրագիրը սերտորեն համագործակցում է ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության, Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության, զբաղվածության կենտրոնների, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց, ՀԿ-ների, տեղական և մարզային իշխանությունների, ծառայություն մատուցողների, միջին մասնագիտական կրթական հաստատությունների և գործատուների հետ:
