Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը (ԵԱՏՄ) հսկայական հնարավորությունների տարածաշրջան է, և նոր արդյունաբերական կողմնորոշված քաղաքականությունը դնում է ԵԱՏՄ-ի տարածքում նոր տնտեսության կառուցման հիմքը: 

Այս մասին ռուսաստանյան «Տամոժնյա» հանդեսի հետ հարցազրույցում  հայտնել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի Կոլեգիայի անդամ (նախարար) Արա Նռանյանը: 

Պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե որքանով դինամիկ է զարգանում ԵԱՏՄ-ի համագործակցությունը երրորդ երկրների հետ, նա ԵԱՏՄ-ն բնորոշել է որպես հսկայական տարածք, բարձր որակավորմամբ կադրեր, նոր տրանսպորտային հանգույցների և միջանցքների բացման հետ նոր բացվող հեռանկարներ, բարենպաստ ներդրումային միջավայր ունեցող տարածաշրջան:

«Պատահական չէ, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ ավելի սերտ համագործակցության նկատմամբ հետաքրքրություն են դրսևորում աշխարհի տարբեր տարածաշրջանների ավելի ու ավելի շատ երկրներ»,- ընդգծել է նախարարը` հավելելով, որ ազատ առևտրի գոտու մասին պայմանագիր է արդեն ստորագրվել Վիետնամի հետ, փոխըմբռնման մասին հուշագրեր են ստորագրվել Չիլիի, Մոնղոլիայի, Պերուի հետ: Աշխատանքներ են տարվում Չինաստանի, Իսրայելի, Կորեայի Հանրապետության և Իրանի հետ նոր, ավելի սերտ ձևաչափով համագործակցության կազմակերպման վերաբերյալ:  

Անդրադառնալով այն դիտարկմանը, թե կա կարծիք, որ զարգացման այս փուլում, առավել ևս` մինչև ԵԱՏՄ Մաքսային օրենսգրքի ուժի մեջ մտնելն աննպատակահարմար է միությանը նոր անդամների միանալն, Արա Նռանյանն ընդգծել է, որ նման մասշտաբային և ծավալուն փաստաթղցթի մշակումը պահանջում է երկարատև և տքնաջան աշխատանք, որը տարել և տանում է ԵԱՏՀ-ն: Նրա բնորոշմամբ` միության կազմ նոր անդամների ընդգրկումը ոչ պակաս բարդ գործընթաց է, որը կապված է անհամար խորհրդակցությունների և բանակցությունների, դիրքորոշումների և փոխադարձ շահերի քննարկման, օրենսդրական կիրարկման նա խապատրաստական աշխատանքների, ինչպես նաև միության հնարավոր անդամների պետական կառավարման ենթակառուցվածքային և կազմակերպչական վերակառուցման հետ: 

«Այս ամենը պահանջում է երկար ամիսների, եթե ոչ տարիների տքնաջան և մանրակրկիտ աշխատանք»,- ընդգծել է Արա Նռանյանը և հավելել. «Հետևաբար, այլ երկրների ցանկությունների ուսումնասիրման աշխատանքը չարժե անպայման պայմանավորել այս կամ այն, թող և հիմնարար ներմիութենական փաստաթղթի մշակումով: Նման գործընթացները միշտ էլ կարող են անցնել զուգահեռաբար»:
