 ՀՀ սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարար Գաբրիել Ղազարյանն ընդունել է Եվրոպայի աթլետիկայի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Սվեն Առնե Հանսենին և գլխավոր քարտուղար Քրիստիան Միլցին: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարությունից: Կողմերը խոսել են Հայաստանում աթլետիկայի զարգացման հնարավորությո ւնների և այդ ուղղությամբ կատարվելիք աշխատանքների մասին: Նախարարն իր խոսքում շնորհակալություն է հայտնել աթլետիկայի միջազգային ֆեդերացիային և մարզաձևի Եվրոպայի ֆեդերացիային՝ մարզաձևի զարգացման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող ծրագրերի համար: «Հայաստանի աթլետիկայի ֆեդերացիան, ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Ռոբերտ Էմմիյանի գլխավորությամբ, միջազգային մրցաշարերի և սեմինարների կազմակերպման մեծ փորձ ունի: Ուրախությամբ պետք է նշեմ այս ուղղությամբ միջազգային և եվրոպական ֆեդերացիաների ցուցաբերած մեթոդական և կազմակերպչական օգնությունների մասին»,- ն շել է նախարար Գ. Ղազարյանը: 

Սվեն Արնե Հանսեն նախարարին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության համար և իր գոհունակությունը հայտնել ընթացիկ տարում Երևանում կազմակերպված կիսամարաթոնի առիթով: «Մարաթոնն ամենամասսայական մարզական միջոցառումներից մեկն է: Դուք արդեն դրա կազմակերպման փորձն ունենք և թույլ տվեք Ձեզ փոխանցել նաև 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 12-ին հաջորդ կիսամարաթոնը Երևանում կազմակերպելու պաշտոնական հրավերքը»,- ասել է եվրոպական կառույցի ղեկավարը և ավելացնել, որ Եվրոպայի աթլետիկայի ֆեդերացիան կարևորում է հնարավորինս շատ մարդկանց սպորտում ներգր ավվածությունը:

Նոյեմբերի 17-ին Եվրոպայի աթլետիկայի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Սվեն Արնե Հանսեն և գլխավոր քարտուղար Քրիստիան Միլցը նախարար Ղազարյանի ուղեկցությամբ հանդիպելու են նաև ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հետ:
