Կառավարությունը շարունակելու է Հայաստանի տնտեսության բարելավմանն ուղղված քայլերը

Կառավարությունն ամեն ինչ անում է առկա դժվարին պայմաններում Հայաստանի տնտեսությունն հնարավորինս զարգացնելու համար: Այդ ուղղությամբ ՀՀ կառավարության ջանքերը շարունակական են լինելու:

Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2016 թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկմանն ասաց ՀՀ միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը: «Երբ մենք ականատես ենք այնպիսի իրավիճակի, ինչպիսին տարածաշրջանում է, որի էական ազդեցությունները մենք կրում ենք, ապա տվյալ պարագայում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը հնարավորինս խթանել է տնտեսությունը»,- նշեց Գաբրիելյանը:

Նա մանրամասնեց, որ կառավարությանը դա հաջողվել է հարկային օրենսդրության բարեփոխումերով, տնտեսավարողների վիճակի բարելավումով, պետական ծախսերով: «Այս օրերին շատ է շոշափվում Հայաստանի պետական պարտքի հարցը: Եկեք քննարկենք՝ ինչպիսին է պարտքը և ուր է այն գնում: Վերջին մեկուկես տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը կնքել է շուրջ 35 պայմանագիր: Այդ ընթացքում պայմանագրերով կնքված 1.5 միլիարդ դրամի չափ գումար է ներգրավվել, որից տնտեսություն է գնացել 146 միլիոնը: Այսինքն, մենք ոչ թե անմիջապես վերցրել ենք այդ 1.5 միլիարդ դրամը , այլ այդքանի ծրագրեր ենք սկսել»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Նա նկատեց, որ շատ հաճախ կարելի է լսել այն մասին, որ կառավարությունը գումարներ չունի, հարկերն էլ այնպիսին չեն, որպեսզի աշխատավարձ տրվի: «Ուզում եմ բոլորին վստահեցնել՝ գումարներ կան: Հենց այս պահին կառավարության հաշվին կայունացման հաշվում կա 75 միլիարդ դրամ գումար: Իսկ միջազգային ֆինանսական կառույցների հետ երկխոսության արդյունքում  հենց այնպես չեն գումարներ տրամադրվում: Դրանք կառուցվածքային բարեփոխումների համար են և տրվում են,  երբ հավատում են կառավարության ծրագրերին: Այդ միջոցները տրամադրվում են նրա համար, որպեսզի մենք մեր բա րեփոխումների իրականացման ճանապարհին կարողանանք որոշակի խնդիրներ լուծել»,- մանրամասնեց  Գաբրիելյանը՝ հավելելով, որ կառավարությունը շարունակելու է քայլերը, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն Հայաստանի տնտեսության բարելավմանը:
